I've been using the Dash Cam for a week.This dash cam is excellent! The 4K front and 1080P rear recording deliver incredibly clear footage, making it easy to capture important details like license plates and road signs. The wide-angle view and night vision are impressive, ensuring great visibility even in low-light conditions. Front-facing cam records at 4K quality at 30 prints per second. It has 4 IR LED's. Night vision is excellent. You can clearly read license plate numbers. Install was easier than expected even running the cable to the rear of my vehicle for the rear view camera was simple and the adhesive mount is much nicer than the suction cup mounts used by many cameras. the footage is clear, sharp and smooth. just as it should be. Great dashcam. Only take me one hour to install and it included everything you need for the installation. No other tool required. It would be better if it includes few tiny adhesive wire clips for where the wire had to be exposure. Picture quality is very shape as well. Menu selections are very straight forward and you don't even need to read the manual. Some other people complain not able to connect WiFi, that because you need to manually turn on WiFi from the menu selection. You don't really need to keep the WiFi on all the times. Only when you need to check the recording or change setting. So, WiFi by default should be off at all time. Much better than the other Red Tiger brand that I got for my son's car. The Red Tiger one reboot itself once a while, I haven't see this unit doing that yet. It comes with a 32GB SD card, I wouldn't mind to pay $10 more for the price and include a 128GB SD card instead. Better than for me to throw away the 32GB and pay $20 for a new 128GB. I would recommend this to anyone looking for one. Which 2 of my friends immediately bought it before the price go back up again.

Edit: customer service reached out and offered solution to resolve my issue. I'm impressed and therefore changing my rating to 5 stars. Front camera looks great. Back camera looks great. Downloading app was easy. Now to bad stuff. After approx 30 min on Android phone I am still unable to connect to dashcam. Camera wifi simply doesn't exist on the list of available wifi options on my phone. Read the manual. Googled it. Cursed at it. Nothing helps.

The G-sensor is EXTREMELY sensitive it registers every pothole or bump in the road.
