These are our favorite flavor of Kind bars. They are delicious and nutritious. The only downside is the chocolate which is sometimes melted on the inside of the wrapper when you receive the box, or it melts if you carry them around in a pocket or leave them in a warm car. Still these are great.

Being gluten free is a challenge so I am grateful that Kind makes gf bars. They not only “fill the gap “ when hunger hits and taste delicious, the protein holds me for some time afterwards. Any of these bars is good but the almond and coconut are my favorite.

Good protein snack, crunchy-nuts. Dark chocolate. Low sodium, no genetically engineered ingredients. High in fiber,no sugar alcohols,5g sugar, 6g protein. Good satisfaction. Filling inbtwn meals. Sticky if you get it wet.

These have been my favorite kind bar, they taste delish! I am super happy to have found them in Canada again! Sadly, I can't buy them regularly becuase it's hard to justify spending nearly $4 a bar. Bad pricing. Great taste.
