My experience with this switch so far has been excellent. I had no problem connecting to Wi-Fi, and unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not experienced any significant delay in the lights going on or off when the power button is pressed. Right after I finished installing the switch it installed an update, so it's possible that the people who experienced that issue might not have had the latest update installed. I had a similar discontinued switch from Gosund installed in this location for the past 3 years until it stopped working recently. One very positive thing I found with this Kasa switch compared to the Gosund is that it dims the lights much lower. Even when I tell it to dim to 1% there is no flicker, which I did have with the Gosund when I lowered it to that level. This switch goes as dim as my old manual dimmer did, so this was a pleasant surprise. As far as the comments on the large size of this switch in the electrical box, while it certainly takes up more space than a standard light switch, it was no larger than my previous switch, and I had no problem installing it in a 4-gang switch box. It works well with both Alexa and Google, and the Kasa app works very well. A nice touch is that you can program what the power button does. For example, I set the default power button press to turn on the lights to its previous level when it was turned off. But I was also able to program it to go directly to 100% when I double pressed the power button, and go directly to 30% when I pressed and held the power button. Overall, I have no complaints, and have no hesitation in recommending this switch.

We bought these Kasa switches to control our outside porch and over the garage lights. The house we moved into had a light on the porch that seemed to be controlled by some phantom force. We never knew when it was coming on or turning off. With the installation of the new Kasa switch, we're able to set the time it comes on, and turns off, as well as controlling the brightness. The dimmable capability was an extra plus, and it works with LED bulbs for even more energy efficiency. It was pretty easy to install. Only took about 10 minutes. The directions were easy to follow. It took longer to figure out which breaker controlled the power to the area that needed to be shut off! I'm sure its obvious to most but important to note that you definitely want to shut the power to any area before starting installation.

Buenos días quiero ratificar que después de unos días de la fecha que se registró como entregado el paquete ¡llegó finalmente el producto! , lo revisé y venía cerrado y en buenas condiciones, lo conecte y probé y funciona de maravilla, la aplicación es muy sencilla y practica, lo recomiendo bastante, la relación precio producto es muy buena, gracias.

Physical installation was easy. (Obviously, it does help to be comfortable doing basic electrical work.) Each of the Kasa dimmers I installed was easily identified by the Kasa app on the first try. The app is friendly and will walk you through the wiring but also lets you skip all the directions if you don't need them. Since then, they've been working flawlessly. I picked the Kasa dimmers over other makes because I felt they best matched the other decora switches in our home. I have no intention of replacing them all, so they need to look right together -- the ones we have installed so far are working flawlessly with Alexa routines to automate outdoor lights with switches at the front door. OH... and you can turn off the light on them -- I left just one strategically selected dimmer light on all the time so it's easy to find at night. (You can see which one that is in the photo.) I also installed two more at the front door for pot lights and the chandelier to (1) match, and (2) provide some dimming because otherwise the chandelier is really bright... and these cost no more than a traditional mechanical dimmer switch so it's a "no brainer". My ONLY complaint is that the faceplates that comes with these are REALLY tight fitting. Removing them right out of the box is tough enough - I can't imagine removing one when it's on the wall. However, I have used these Kasa dimmers with standard multi-switch decora wall plates so I may never know if the Kasa faceplates are as immovable as I expect. Overall, VERY happy with these after a month or two of use.

Lo integre a mi ecosistema donde todo lo tengo de la misma línea de Kasa, porque lo que integracion es completa, dos detalles, viene marcadas la fase y el retorno como line y load, y de pronto no supe cual tenía que ser cual, pero no pasa nada si te equivocas, ojo, solo en line y load, no vayas a poner la fase en el neutro o en la tierra porque muere el apagador, Me gustaría que con la app de Alexa pudieras definir la velocidad de dimeo, creo que se podrían hacer rutinas muy interesantes. Excelente producto, recomiendo tener instalado un sistema mesh en la casa para que la experiencia sea completa.
