I am about to purchase my fourth set of these Kasa Smart Mini Plugs. Not only have I attached them to various lights throughout my house but also my sister’s home, too. I was an early adapter of Wemo smart plugs. They were expensive and not very reliable as far as responding to Alexa routines and they completely failed at some point. The Kasa plugs are at a very nice price and very rarely fail to respond to commands (which I believe has more to do with my wi-fi hub occasionally going glitchy.) The Kasa plugs are incredibly easy to add to a network. The devices are small and fit in just about any space. They have an override button to turn them on in case your wi-fi goes out.

Setting them up was incredibly easy, taking just a few minutes through the Kasa app. I love that I can control my appliances from anywhere using my phone or even through voice commands with Alexa and Google Assistant. I’ve set my lights and coffee maker to automatically turn on and off at specific times, which not only saves energy but also adds an extra layer of security when I’m not home. I'm very impressed with this product, and that it's offered at such a low price. I haven't even tested most of its capabilities -- for controlling one's appliances -- as my need is simply to be tracking my electricity costs. For that alone, the software is well thought-out, and it's working perfectly. There's obviously a good company behind this product. The setup was very easy and well explained. And the customer support is quite something. I used their chat feature to report a small bug. Kristine, with the help of others in her department, was in touch with me several times the first day, and again the day afterward, to resolve my problem. It's the most responsive tech support I've encountered in all my many years.

These were easy to set up via Bluetooth. Our router does not have the option for 2.4gig wifi so it wouldn’t connect to our wifi. Bluetooth has been working great so far with my iphone. I was able to put lights on timers with the app. So far they are working great. We’ll see what happens if we lose electricity and they reset. When I purchase they were on sale, so for 4, it was a great value.

I have used the Wemo since it was introduced in 2012. In the last year or so I have been having various issues with connectivity. Always disconnects and the app does not detect the device. Belkin has completely destroyed a great product. Just purchased the Kasa EP 10 4 pack Smart plug. Easy to connect and works like the old Wemo did. I am going to order more.

These switch boxes are fantastic. They are easy to set up, name, and put into groups. They work seamlessly with Alexa. Very simple and to the point. And the addition of a power button on the side is great just incase you don’t have internet access, or your smart home won’t respond. Definitely recommend these. Wish I had more of them.

I may be late to the party but we are in the middle of selling our house and with each showing are supposed to turn on every light in the house. Well, I got tired of that pretty quickly! I bought two boxes of these plugs and set up all the lamps in the house on these smart plugs. It’s so easy now! I can’t believe it took selling our house to try these. I love that you can turn things on and off through the app - even when you aren’t home. They also work perfectly with Alexa. There was already a Alexa skill set up for this brand which made set up with her a breeze. I bought another brand to try out as well and ended up returning those. The app that goes with this brand works better and their actual shape is rectangular (not round like the other one) which can make a difference depending on your outlet situation. These were also easier to set up. Only negative was the actual set up was not entirely simple (the directions were a bit off) and I had to google for help. Once I knew what I was doing it was 1-2-3. Love these!

These plugs DO NOT FIT UK PLUG SOCKETS!!!! Yet are advertised on the UK SITE! They are not stated that they are not for UK sockets! IF IN UK DO NOT BUY AS THEY WONT BE ANY GOOD!

funcionan muy bien con KASA; solo hay que tener cuidado si se va el internet, se pierde comunicación. Ej si enciendes algo, y se va el internet, luego no puedes apagarlo :( hasta que regresa

First of all, it is nice that this product does not cover the whole socket. Hooking up to wifi was very easy and within minutes it was operational. Put them in my soffit socket so no more ladder to plug and unplug anything.
