I have had Keurig machines since they came out years ago. Love how easy and fast it is to get a cup of coffee or tea whenever I want. I ordered a new Keurig Elite on Oct. 5 and it arrived Oct. 5. (Gotta love Prime!) Unfortunately, it was non-functioning brand new out of the box. I called Keurig to see if there was something I was doing wrong, etc. After some troubleshooting, they determined it was a faulty machine, and they made it right! No hassles!! Very pleased with Keurig and their great customer service. My replacement machine arrived quickly and it works just fine.

I got this Keurig K-Elite single serve brushed slate K cup coffee maker for my husband for Father’s Day. First of all, the brushed slate is absolutely beautiful in our kitchen. It looks exactly like the photo on the website. It is so sleek and so elegant that it really upgrades my kitchen. In fact, as soon as I put it there, I thought my house would sell quicker when I decide to sell it with this on the counter in the kitchen! It replaced a very old Mr. coffee and also an electric tea kettle, both of which were dirty and unattractive. At first, my husband was bummed out that I had spent the money on him! He loves to pamper me and our children, but he doesn’t like any money spent on himself. I had also gotten K cup reusable cups so that he could finish the ground coffee that we already have and also test out the machine without spending a lot on K cups. It was really easy to figure out how to start using the machine and we put our ground coffee, Folgers breakfast blend, into the reusable K cup, and a minute later, voilà, my husband had a perfect cup of coffee! Then I used the hot water feature and made myself a fantastic cup of tea. I love it. I absolutely love it and so does my husband! We are like little kids at Christmas with our new toy! This morning, he decided to make the brew stronger for a 12 ounce cup of coffee and liked it even better. We didn’t program the hot water to be hot when we got downstairs to the kitchen this morning but the water heats up so quickly it’s like a miracle to us. By using the reusable K cups, and the ground coffee that we buy in a big container, a cup of coffee cost only about five cents. Whereas if I buy the Folgers breakfast blend K cups, each coffee cup costs about $.53! So my husband is very happy to use the reusable K cups and discovered this morning that it was very easy to dump out the grounds after he had finished and rinse out the K cup for the next use. He is delighted with his new gift and delighted that we can use reusable K cups and save the money! And I am incredibly happy to see him happy ! Keurig, you have made this elderly couple very, very happy.

I had an iCoffee machine that lasted nearly 10 years but recently died. This was easy to set up, is smaller than my old one and is easy to use. Great cups so far!

There are some nice features to this model that we enjoy. We like the Strong button with a 10oz cup for a bolder brew. The coffee seems to be hotter than our previous Keurig 2 model. There is an option to adjust the temperature of the water but we like it at the highest setting which is 192F. Nice selection of cup options i.e.. I like a clear Hot Water Button as I often have tea in the afternoons. The Elite is a nice looking unit and it is easy to use. A convenient feature is that you can program the start and auto off times. So far I am pretty happy with this machine.
