Overall very good, sturdy, and fits great in your hand. It peels very well, no misses. My mom has about 5 peelers and none of them get the job done as well as this one does. The top part removes potato eyes perfectly. I'm glad it comes with a cover because it is so sharp!

Heavy duty & has a blade guard. Handle does not have nonslip material & is not ergonomical. Handle is not comfortable for long periods of use. Peeler feels very oversized & awkward in hand but works very well. Peels very deeply. Blade is serrated and aggressive. Works well on thick skinned fruits & vegs. I don't recommend this peeler for thin skinned potatoes, small whole carrots or apples. The peeler is perfect for thick skinned potatoes, yams, cantaloupe, watermelon & sweet potatoes. Giftable.

This is the best peeler I have ever owned and at 74 I have owned a bunch. I love it for apples and especially celery it will take those annoying strings of completely. You really have to be careful as edge is serrated. Wonderful product 👏
