This tool purees food completely and so quickly. It is hefty and powerful. The mixing container that comes with it keeps liquid from splashing ( filled about half way full). I am on a liquid diet for a while following surgery and I am thrilled that this allows me to eat a wide variety of foods by pureeing them. Since the tool is larger than many other hand mixers, it is very easy to clean. I use a rag, and then a toothbrush to clean the blades. The blades are sharp, so don't get your fingers in there!

I had previously bought a $20 immersion blender from Amazon that didn't work very well and ended up collecting dust in the cupboard. We decided to spend a little more and bought this one, and it's well worth the price difference! It immediately feels weighty and high quality in the hands and has a really helpful protector for the end that protects your pans. I just used this for the first time to blend butternut squash soup, and it worked like a charm. We were satisfied with the results after ~two minutes, and I'm sure we could have gotten it to a very silky smooth texture if we had kept at it. I will not be going back to the hassle of transferring from the pot to a blender and back. I highly recommend this product!

I got this for my fiancé for his birthday and it’s his new favorite kitchen tool. It works super well and is definitely worth the money. It blends smoothly and it’s easy to use. I love the protector it comes with. It looks just like the photos and is comfortable to use.

I am in love with this blender wand! Very easy to use and I can make very smooth puree for my baby. I used to move my baby to the second floor whenever I used my old blender to make baby food because it was so loud and it scared my baby. This new blender is so much quieter and my baby does not mind the sound at all. It is also much easier to clean than my old blender.

The blender is awesome, but I only gave 4 stars because Amazon insists on shipping this item without an outer box. Product box arrives all beat up - not great!

I had used an older hand held blender before, but was not too impressed. Because of the rampant tomatoes this fall, I was tired of transferring my tomato soup to my blender & then back into the sauce pan. So I splurged on this KitchenAid blender. It's powerful! It feels like a power construction tool in the hand. And unlike the older hand blender I used previously, this blender had no problem blending the tomato skins into oblivion. I didn't quite get the hang of the variable speed, but I didn't need low anyway. I like it & I would happily purchase this again.

It's better than the one I replaced. I had another KitchenAid hand blender for years, but it died. We use it every morning for blended beverages and frothing. The first one came with a lot of parts and attachments. This one does not work with those! I was hoping it would, but it does not. I do love the button on this one better; the other one wore out quickly and left a lot of the internal workings exposed. I also like how the speed is adjustable by pressure on the button. The last one had the speed adjustment dial on the top, and once the markings wore off, it was hard to know how someone had it set, and we would have accidental adjustment changes that led to minor blending disasters. I love the color. I am thrilled with how well it blends.

This is NOT usable in India. Shocking how this is being sold without clarity about voltage restriction. I bought it seeing such good reviews... but now I realize these are reviews from outside of India. The negative reviews are from the buyers in India. So misleading, dissapointing and a WASTE OF TIME!

Me encantó ésta batidora de inmersión Kitchenaid. Tiene un color hermoooso, es super ligera y manejable. Funciona bastante bien. Por el tamaño que tiene es muy fácil hacer tu mayonesa y salsas directamente en un bote.

Además de ser muy potente, luce muy bien. Como todos los productos de Kitchen Aid, la calidad es estupenda. La compré a un precio increíble.
