Used this last year and had great results. Great flavor and simple to use. Only issue I have is the shipping. I ordered this last Saturday and was told it would be delivered Friday. Didn't charge my card or actually ship until Wednesday night. Could of been shipped way earlier than what was told, especially since it took roughly a day to be delivered. May be petty, but why ship something way later than you're capable of for no reason.

I used the Kosmo Q to inject into my Turkey. I had so many compliments from everyone. A lot of people saying it was the most flavorful turkey they've ever had! I have to agree! I will be buying more injectables from Kosmo Q

I think this is our favorite brine we used so far. You get a lot of brine in this bag so if you had small turkeys you could split it. Careful no to breath when first opening that bag lol. We used it on a great big one this year and was delicious.

If you're like me and saw the Kosmos Turkey Brine Kit ad somewhere and came to Amazon to find it, just know this is a $28 bag of seasoning, there is no kit. No brining bag, just dry seasoning. I'm sure it tastes great, but seems way overpriced. I'll try to update after we make it, on flavor. Update after use: We made three turkeys 3 different ways, and this one was the crowd favorite. It was very very good and extremely juicy, even the white meat. Still think it's a bit overpriced, but raising the review to 4 stars.

Bought this brine kit along with Kosmos dirty bird rub. I'd like to see the brine come with a bag like many other kits but the brine itself was top quality. Excellent flavor and I'll definitely buy it again.
