I love how slim and good this feels in the hand when connected, making it easy to use my iPhone while charging. No, it won’t fully recharge a dead phone to 100% like a 10,000mAh battery pack, but do you really need that? I use this when at Disneyland and it’s perfect for getting me through the day. Wirelessly charging, it adds an extra 40% charge to my iPhone 16 Pro Max. For example, I can drain my battery from 100% to 60%, slap on the charger, and then get boosted back to 100%. I'm essentially getting a 140% battery for my iPhone 16PM to get me through the day, which is plenty for me, even at a place like Disneyland which is notorious for battery drain. This battery pack also allows for wired charging, which is more efficient and should provide a higher boost, although I haven’t tried that yet. Bottom line, I recommend this item if you need a moderate boost to get through the day. The slim and lightweight design makes a big difference—I hardly notice it while using my phone. If you’re looking for a full recharge, you’ll need something bulkier, but that’s the tradeoff. For me, I’m glad I didn’t let battery anxiety push me toward something bigger. It's just a joy to carry around, as much as something like this can be.

11/18/24 update: The Lisen team reached out to me immediately after my initial review and 1) refunded my order, 2) asked if they could please replace my item as they believed mine was faulty, and 3) offered to send me an additional product free of charge to see how I liked it. The replacement I received did, indeed, work as promised, and I have been completely wow'd by their customer service and determination to get it right. Couldn't recommend more, both the product and the company. --- A medium experience on my end, unfortunately. I bought this in anticipation of a trip abroad, where I knew I'd be walking around all day long with very little chance to sit by a plug for a jump midday. Pro: this thing is so slim! As a certified Tiny Bag Carrier, that's huge for me. It didn't weigh me down or require me to upsize my bag. Cons: One caveat here is that after reading the other reviews, I'm suspicious that my problems may be specific to my unit. So, perhaps take with a grain of salt. They were substantially disruptive, though. First, the charging was painfully slow. I have a straight-from-Apple magsafe case on my phone, so it shouldn't be any sort of impediment to charging functionality. However, when I only got ~5% in 30m, I decided to try following their instructions and removed my case before sticking the battery on. No difference. Although that was technically fine (I can just leave the battery on indefinitely), I found it super odd. I can also definitely think of situations where that would be a big downside. Second, and most importantly, my service was completely disrupted about half of the times I attached the battery. Even if I was showing full bars, I wouldn't receive texts, push notifications from apps, I couldn't use the internet/wifi...nothing. The only way to reconnect in these cases was to remove the battery and then go through a full hard restart. There was no way to tell this was happening until I actively tried to use these functions. This obviously defeats the purpose of having your phone on and with you for the most part, and made me concerned that there was risk of damage to my phone? The other half of the times I used it, there was no disruption to anything -- worked as expected, save for the slow charging. Anyways, I really wish this worked more consistently for me. I'm going to reach out to see about a replacement -- perhaps it really is just my unit? If so, I will come back to update with my experience. Fingers crossed!

This is the thinnest and most lightweight MagSafe charger I have ever used… and it works great to give one complete charge to my iPhone 13 Pro. This is a great lifesaver to take on the go., and you have full functionality to use your phone comfortably while the unit is attached. If you run out of power with your phone, it will boot your phone back up relatively quickly..

Update 12/05: A rep from Lisen reached out, and remedied my issue perfectly! They sent me out a replacement, and assisted immensely with helping with my order! ----------------------------- I bought this charger for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and...aside from the nice slim factor, it doesn't seem to function properly. It charged my phone maybe about 10%, overheated after about 15 minutes, and once I'd tried again, it ran out of juice. The battery for my phone is less than the capacity of the external charger, so it doesn't make sense that it charged so little before it died.

This is def a slim design with powerful magnetic ability. Great for traveling and easy to use.

Overall it’s amazing product that feels high quality but it was more money than I wanted to spend on it however it does work as intended and charges as intended as well not super fast but fast enough Man get strength was no problem with mag case and with no case Even slightly worked with my moms iPhone 12 with no MagSafe case but not that well as expected

The Lisen ultra slim MagSafe power bank works exactly as advertised. It is very thin and lightweight. You hardly know it's attached to your phone when using it. I had a minor ding on a corner of the product, and I contacted Lisen by email. They responded right away and issued a replacement within one day. It arrived only 3 days later. This is what I call superb customer service.

I'm not sure if my power bank is defective, but the magsafe charging was extremely slow for my iphone15promax without a phone case, probably only 5w, the battery percentage didn't increase while I'm using my phone for normal web browsing. This was definitely not the claimed 15w fast charging. I love the sleek metal design though.
