As someone who works in construction under the relentless Florida sun, staying hydrated is a constant battle. I've tried various options like Gatorade and Liquid IV, but nothing seemed to truly alleviate my post-work fatigue and dehydration. That was until a friend introduced me to LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolyte Mix, specifically the Watermelon flavor. At first glance, the packets seemed a bit intimidating with their salty profile. However, I was willing to give them a shot, and I ordered a variety pack. To my surprise, the watermelon flavor quickly became my favorite. It's refreshing and not overly sweet, which is a welcome change from many other hydration products. These electrolyte packets have been a game changer for me. After long days sweating it out on the job, I can come home and still have the energy to tackle my evening tasks, thanks to the perfect balance of electrolytes they provide. They keep me hydrated and help prevent that dreaded post-work crash. I've also found them incredibly useful on weekends before going out. A packet mixed with a decent amount of water before a night of drinks ensures I wake up feeling rested (hey, magnesium!) and hydrated. While it's worth noting that these mixes are quite salty, which might not suit everyone—especially those monitoring their sodium intake—the salty taste can be adjusted by varying the amount of water you mix with it. Overall, I’m thrilled my friend recommended LMNT to me. It's now an essential part of my routine to combat Florida's heat, and I can't imagine going back to my previous hydration methods. Highly recommend the Watermelon flavor for anyone needing to replenish electrolytes effectively!

Picture this: I’m mid-way through my daily routine—intense CrossFit session in the morning, Zoom meetings that never end, and chasing my toddler who’s decided that the floor is lava. Somewhere in the midst of this chaos, my body waves a white flag. I’m dehydrated, exhausted, and just about ready to face-plant into my desk. Enter LMNT Zero-Sugar Electrolytes - Mango Chili Salt. First off, let’s talk about the flavor. Mango Chili Salt? I was skeptical. I mean, who wants their hydration to taste like a tropical vacation colliding with a spice rack? But let me tell you, it’s like a party in your mouth where everyone’s invited—mango brings the sweetness, chili brings the heat, and the salt…well, the salt makes sure nobody gets too crazy. It’s like the perfect margarita but, you know, healthy and without the next-day regrets. The first time I tried it, I was in the middle of one of those marathon Zoom meetings where the presenter sounds like a distant relative of Charlie Brown’s teacher. Desperate for a pick-me-up, I tore open a packet, mixed it with water, and took a sip. Boom! Suddenly, I was transported from my dreary home office to a sun-soaked beach where the waves were whispering sweet nothings and the palm trees were high-fiving each other. My brain fog lifted, my energy spiked, and I was ready to tackle that quarterly report with the enthusiasm of a Labrador puppy. The beauty of LMNT is not just in the taste—oh no. It’s also about what it doesn’t have. No dodgy ingredients, no sugar to send your insulin on a rollercoaster ride, and it’s keto and paleo-friendly. It’s like they took all the nonsense out and left in only the good stuff. Magnesium, potassium, sodium—it’s like the Avengers of electrolytes, coming together to save your hydration levels. Now, let’s talk practicality. These 30 sticks are like little sticks of magic. They’re perfect for your gym bag, your office drawer, or even your glove compartment (because you never know when dehydration might strike). I’ve taken them hiking, to the gym, and even on a road trip where the AC decided to take a permanent vacation. Each time, these packets were my oasis in the desert. One fateful day, I found myself on an impromptu hike with friends. What was supposed to be a leisurely stroll turned into a 10-mile trek because someone (ahem, Dave) read the map wrong. We were miles from civilization, and the sun was blazing down on us like a judgmental spotlight. Just as everyone’s spirits were about to break, I pulled out my secret weapon: LMNT Mango Chili Salt packets. We mixed them with our water, and like magic, we were revitalized. Dave’s map-reading skills? Still terrible. But our spirits? Sky-high. In conclusion, LMNT Zero-Sugar Electrolytes - Mango Chili Salt is not just a hydration solution—it’s a lifesaver, a mood booster, and possibly the most exciting thing to happen to water since carbonation. If you’re looking for a way to keep your hydration game strong without any of the junk, this is your ticket. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation from my previously dehydrated cells. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have another Zoom meeting to conquer. With my trusty LMNT by my side, I’m ready for anything.

I have been eliminating processed foods from my diet and have pretty much stopped eating processed foods altogether. However, when I stopped eating processed food I noticed that I was getting light headed and occasionally dizzy, especially at the gym, that I couldn't get my BP up while doing intensive cardio and that my BP was all over the place during the day. My doctor suggested that I needed to increase my sodium because I wasn't getting all the sodium from processed foods anymore so I began searching for the best options for me. I tried a number of things, from pedialyte to salting my food more to finally trying various sodium / electrolyte products. Everything I tried helped a little but wasn't enough. A friend mentioned how LMNT had significantly helped her so I decided to give it a try. The science behind their formula makes sense and fit with what I was learning about required sodium levels and electrolytes. Yes, it's a little pricey, but out of all of the products I tried LMNT is the only one that got rid of all the symptoms I was having - the light headedness went away, I am now able to get my BP into the upper ranges again when doing intensive cardio and my BP has settled back to its normal 120/80 instead of having huge swings all over the place. I also just feel better. I first tried the package with the 4 assorted flavors and they all tasted surprisingly good, a little salty but not horribly salty. I fill my water bottle up anywhere from 24 to 32 ounces to get the level of flavor and salt that I like and I make sure I drink at least half of it before I head to the gym. Unfortunately the Stevia in the flavored ones upset my stomach so I switched to the unflavored. I'm kinda bummed about that because they have some really tasty sounding flavors that I wanted to try. Anyway, the unflavored is definitely salty but I still have some packets of a sodium powder from another manufacturer that has sugar in it (it didn't work nearly as well as the LMNT and ended up being more sugar than sodium) so I sprinkle a little of that in with the unflavored LMNT until I get the flavor I like. I do one packet of LMNT a day and increase to 1 1/2 packets on my gym days and that seems to be the best balance for me so far. Overall, the LMNT product gave me significantly better results than the other products I tried. I also feel more comfortable with this product because they carefully explain the science behind their formula so I don't feel like I'm getting random levels of sodium and electrolytes like I did with the other products I tried. It is a little pricey compared to the other sodium powders on the market but the LMNT is a superior product, IMHO. And, the company puts their formula on their website so you can make your own at home if you'd rather go that route. If you are athletic or work outside and sweat alot or just feel a little "off" you might want to try the small sample size with the four flavors. You might be pleasantly surprised!

I enjoy these supplements. They provide a good electrolyte boost and thus flavour is great.

My husband is an advanced pickle ball player and sweats a lot during games. This electrolyte mix gives him sustainability during and especially after playing to avoid electrolyte loss symptoms. I also use it during the hot summer when I am doing hard outdoor work in the sun as it helps replenish my electrolytes and the taste is fantastic. The biggest plus is that it’s packaged in individual servings which you can throw in your gym bag and use as needed. Very convenient. It is pricey, but all of the electrolyte mixes seem to be very expensive.
