For the money, this is an amazing laptop. Comes with Office and is plenty powerful to run multiple applications at once. I have two monitors connected to via an HDMI splitter and I have spreadsheets, 4-5 browser tabs and no lag.

The computer is great and easy to set up. The ear buds are useless because there are no instructions on how to adjust volume level or any other function. A Google search for the brand Plusera produced NO results what so ever. I didn't buy the computer because of the earbuds being included but if they're going to include them they should provide instructions on how to use them. Ridiculous!

Great laptop I have no concern the only thing they offered Office installed so far I have not being able to activate my copy. If anyone knows please get in touch a guide me.

Says that office is lifetime. Don't believe it. Software doesn't activate. Called amazon, microsoft, and lenova. All claim not there problem. Its the reseller that you can't get ahold off. amazon left email for reseller to call. No call. Reseller doesn't support product or he doesn't exist.

That it was an amazingly great deal on my Lenovo laptop I purchased for my daughter and she absolutely loves it very much. It has all of the upgraded software and processor hard drive along with lots of memory. Awesome

I like the number pad, I use it for page up, and down mostly! The price was very good for what you get! Update, Lifetime office stopped working after 60 days, and the seller will not respond! I would never buy anything from this seller, I am stuck with a computer that doesn't work!

I have not had some of the problems as others . I don’t like the short batt life but that seems to be a common problem.
