This system was easy to install and setup. Made with high quality materials. Connection was simple. Easy to follow instructions. I like the battery life of the door/ window sensor. Also the fact that you can set battery monitoring and get alerts if battery drops below any level you set the alert for. The sensor can be installed on doors or windows. Like the fact that you can name them so that way you know which door or window is opened and or closed. I like the notification from the Alexa app. You can also arm or arm from Alexa or the keypad. The motion sensor with this system works very well.

Had another company. Got this because of the ring cams I had. I love it. Took minutes to set up. Most of my Ring devices are refurbished. All work great.

I've had this for just about a year now and have not encountered any issues at all with it. All the sensors work, the keypad works fine and battery lasts about 6 months between charges, it's easy to set up and took me maybe 90 minutes from opening the box until everything was fully set up. The only thing I can't commend about is the motion sensor because I have not used it. I have dogs and don't want to risk any false alarms. The base station's battery and wifi backup work great if the power and/or wifi go down. Fortunately that has only happened a couple of times but it's good to know that the alarm will keep working when that happens.

This was supposed to be a refurbished item. Let me say that this looked brand new. Install was super easy and very fast. I cannot say enough positive things about Ring and their products. Having switched from another company for alarm monitoring Ring was a very economical decision. I’m saving 66 percent having switched.to Ring.
