Works as described, captures both front and backyard fully

This doorbell camera is a game changer for real. You might have to buy a different mount for the camera depending on where and the angle the camera needs to be facing. But I got an awesome deal on this doorbell camera. I’m a happy customer

Play Video Very easy to connect. Clear colorful video at night quality of photos is awesome and so clear. You can make out faces very well. Covers a lot of area. Large range of motion. Doesn’t lag at all. High quality of videos. I’ve had it for a month and haven’t had to charge.

Works good and helps with everything. Battery life is actually pretty long I lasted about almost a month. Motion detecting is actually really good but can sometimes be annoying with all the alerts and the constant motion detection. The video quality is good I wish that I were able to see more than it shows but you get what you get. And connecting it was an easy step.

This is the second item I bought from the “used” bin and just like the thermostat I purchased it looked brand new to me and works great.

The Ring doorbell camera is the best invention since the wheel! I've owned Ring doorbell cameras for a few years now and just upgraded to this unit because it has a removable battery pack for charging which is very convenient not having to remove the entire camera unit every time. The videos are sharp and love the night vision aspect. Also, being part of the Ring Community makes it easy to engage with other Ring neighbors to keep abreast of what's going on in our neighborhood. It's almost like a neighborhood watch, but better!

I upgraded to the Ring Battery Doorbell Plus to replace my original Ring doorbell, which was battery operated. I always thought my poor picture quality was due to internet issues, even purchasing a Ring internet extender to help—but it didn’t fix the problem. After switching to the Ring Doorbell Plus, the picture quality is a million times better! The zones are much more accurate, and I no longer get constant alerts every time a leaf blows by or a car passes. The downside, though, is the battery drain—it goes down way too quickly, which is frustrating. That said, the night vision is excellent, and I love how the doorbell colorizes when someone is at the door, making it even more useful. Overall, I’m happy with the upgrade, but just wish the battery life were better.
