I absolutely love this vibration machine!!! It is so quite and powerful!!! I had a larger more expensive model years ago but I gave it to a family member, I decided to try this model at a better price. I actually didn't know what to expect but the reviews were so good I ordered. I am so glad I did, it's perfect!! It's not too heavy, it's so quiet I can use it while watching tv and no one even hears it. It's a very strong vibration and I feel wonderful afterwards!! I'm not exactly sure how the movement is working but I know I feel lighter and stronger each time I use it!!! If your not sure about this model go ahead and give it a try!! It's excellent quality and a wonderful price!!!

Works great..haven't given it the proper workout.still finding my footing...but it does everything as promised..I love it has the band and remote with it. Great value for money

I was disappointed with this product and returned it, got a refund and was done with it however, the merchant reached out to me and asked what they could do to make it right. I was surprised and pleased that they cared in the first place that rarely happens today . I was offered a different product and it arrived soon after . I’m more than happy and my faith in this merchant has been restored.

This vibration plate is awesome. Easy to set up use and balance on. This has greatly reduced restless legs and leg cramps at night after using just for 10 minutes.
