A few years ago, I purchased a different 3-D pen, and had problems with it. I sent it back. A while back, I decided to take a chance on another 3-D pen, so after reading lots of reviews and watching lots of video, I bought the Mynt3D Super 3-D pen. It was extremely easy to learn and use. I made crafty things and I used it to build small characters. I even used it to put together a HO-scale train engine for my train layout, using parts from a couple different engines. I absolutely loved the pen! A few weeks ago, the motor suddenly stopped working. The pen would heat up and the lights would display as normal. I first contacted Amazon, since I bought it through them. The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful as far as taking information and trying to trouble shoot. However, he was not able to fix it (obviously), so he contacted the manufacturer and completed the warranty information for me. The very next day, I received an email from MNYT3D asking for a little more information. I responded and waited a week or so. Apparently they had responded back and the email must have gone to my junk mail because I missed it. When I emailed back to see if they had received my email with the extra information, they replied that they had, and that they had sent an email asking if my mailing address as listed was still correct. I replied that it was, and less than a week later MYNT3D sent me a brand new product. Not just the pen, but the whole box with the power cord, little tools, and the extra ABS filament. A whole, brand new, unopened box! This is the type of customer service that keeps customers coming back! I very much appreciate their quick response, and their standing behind their product. I emailed to ask if/how they needed me to send the broken unit to them, and they told me I didn't need to send it back. So far, the new pen is working perfectly. When it does eventually wear out, I will not hesitate to order another one from MYNT3D. I've even let others try it out, and they loved it too! As long as this pen keeps working, I'm definitely a satisfied return MYNT3D customer! I highly recommend anyone purchase this pen and give it a try!

The one I received had a nozzle that was clogged with a 2 inch long piece of white filament still stuck in the pen. It came with three rolls of filament (none of which were white). Fortunately, I was able to use a long piece of jewelry wire to push the clog out of the nozzle after heating it up, and then removing the nozzle. Everything else, I would rate five stars because I like it's simplicity, quick heating, and ease of use. The only thing I do not like about it, is that I could not find additional replacement nozzles available on Amazon, and those offered by other Amazon sellers or stores give no indication or guarantees of fitting or being compatible with this specific brand and model. Regardless, I do plan to buy more of these pens soon, and also know of at least two people I'd like to give these to as gifts this year.

My daughter has always wanted this drawing pen, and I was finally able to get it for her. It's really easy to use, well at least it was for her because she is an experienced artist. I will post a picture soon of what she created. I got it on sale so the price was nice. Will have to buy refills since she uses it almost daily since she got it.

I got my daughter this 3D pen for her birthday 6 months ago. Pros: easy to use, worked well for her Cons: short cord, stopped working after 3 months, no great trouble shooting resources.

Got this for my son who is 9 I would say this product is more for a teenager but he still had so much fun making 3D art. Very slim design and a good bang for your money. print speed was quick and affective!

i own 3 3d printers 2 FDM one SLA. this little pen is convenient for touch ups on 3d prints and making things on the fly its really easy to use. i can see why they upgraded to an lcd screen the micro knob used to change the temperature is a bit god awful but it functions well lol.

Surchauffe après usage intensif de tout le stylo,, ce qui nécessite de travailler avec des gants en cuir; C'est le deuxième stylo de ce modèle que j'achète car après longue pratique le filament a envahit l'embout et sortait par les ouvertures d'aération. Je ne le conseille pas pour des enfants.
