I’ve been taking magnesium at night for sleep since it was recommended. I’ve tried different types of magnesium supplements and I like This one because it has several different types of magnesium in it. A great blend and Does not cause the magnesium flush or any side effects. Love that this company has a high rating in the supplement market. This product is 3rd party tested and is certified by Informed Sport, which means every batch is tested for over 285 substances banned by major sports organizations.

I have been taking this for the past 6-8 months, and I have recommended it to everyone I know. I am a pharmacist, and I have tried all sorts of supplements containing all different forms of Mg. This one has the best of the best. If you are reading this review, you should know that you can be sure that this one covers all of the formulations, as it has 7 different forms of Mg, as well as Vitamin B6. I originally purchased this to help with some stomach/gut issues and to promote healthy GI regularity. It has most definitely helped with that, as well as with sleep, muscle cramps and nighttime leg cramps (which are gone completely). I take 2 capsules after dinner every day and the results have been life changing. I saw a review that said this was basically a laxative. On my very first try of this, I completely agree. I think I’ll try taking one pill from now on instead of the suggested two. And there is now Magnesium Glycinate in this, so you will have to buy that separately if you want that. I’m pretty sure that it is the magnesium citrate in this that gives it its laxative properties. Just wanted to warn anyone. Not saying you shouldn’t buy it. Just saying you will need to “go.” I took before bed and slept uninterrupted.

I tried a few brands, this is now my only one! I had trouble sleeping through the night, tossing and turning and had read up about magnesium and all the different types. I truly believe the zinc is the key in absorption. I sleep more soundly. I still tossed and turned slightly, but it doesn’t hinder my ability to get right back to sleep. I feel more rested.

I have tried so many different brands this one work different good as the other ones but I like to switch them up the pills are easy to take not too big no bad smells or bad taste, no bad side effects. And NO fillers like rice powder !

I don't know what happened to the quality of this product but it has drastically changed within the last few months since the last bottle I bought. Look at the two different caps side by side they look totally different

I love this stuff! I’ve had issues sleeping, and being hot while sleeping. Since starting to take this supplement I’ve been sleeping better, no more waking up sweaty in the middle of the night. I’ve subscribed so i won’t have to worry about ever running out.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
