Years ago, my wife and I set out on an adventure of getting off of big pharma sleep meds as we’re both in recovery and felt the desire to focus on improving our health. We’ve added magnesium supplements into our nighttime routine and have tried quite a few just to kind of see which worked the best. In our opinion, this one is by far the best and the best bang for your buck with a higher mg of magnesium and greater quantity of capsules, not to mention seemingly higher quality/purity, than the other more expensive options out there! Give them a try!

We have been taking the triple magnesium product for a few months now. I would say that we have seen a difference in several areas of concern. The product is fairly priced and offers more than a single magnesium product. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a magnesium supplement.

I assume this product is legitimate. Unless I undergo lab studies, I won’t know what my magnesium level is. But magnesium is a worthwhile supplement and I’m hoping that this magnesium supplement will lessen the unpleasantness of leg cramps during the night. Too soon to evaluate that.

I absolutely think it helps to calm me and with sleep. It also did not make me feel drowsy or hungover the next day. I've had to take it for 3 months to see an increase in my magnesium level. I also chose glycinate because, although any magnesium supplement will cause your bowels to move, this type doesn't have that effect as much. The gel capsules are rather large, but not huge. If you have difficulty swallowing pills that might be a consideration. Overall, I found this product to be effective for reducing anxiety, helping me sleep without drowsiness, only laxative effect in doses higher than recommended. Great value! I've repurchased three times.

Was taking this type of magnesium from another brand at half the strength of this brand. Because I tolerated that one well, and this is twice the strength, it not only regulates my nerves and sleep, but it's eliminated my restless legs. I've only been at the higher dose for a few weeks, but I'm excited to learn what other benefits it may result in. The third party testing results are very reassuring and I can see that other consumers expressed their total satisfaction for quality and price.

It's very important to take the right type of magnesium for sleeping. This is it, magnesium glycerinate. It creates a nice atmosphere, no more restless legs at night. This was recommended to me by a doctor, and also a friend told me about it as well. So it has worked out for me and I am happy with the results.

No odd tastes Easy to swallow. Seems like a pretty decent amount in the bottle. Works for me. Really seems to have helped my blood pressure!

This magnesium is magical! Not only does it help with sleep it’s also good for the heart! Will continue to take this daily!
