Who would think salt could be so wonderful? This is a very special one. Last Christmas, my son who loves to cook, introduced us to this sea salt. Each flake is in the shape of a pyramid and a tiny sprinkle makes your food taste very special. We finally ran out of that box a couple months ago and I ordered a new one. The one thing that could use improvement is the packaging though. It's in a cellophane bag that needs to be clipped closed. Maybe they should include it in a ziplock type of bag.

This Smoked Sea Salt is wonderful! It adds so much smoked flavor to any dish you add it too. Gives food a new level of great flavor!

I love this stuff. It’s so salty in all the best ways. 🧂 It smells amazing and tastes even better. It lasts me a long time with the quantity (size) you get. It makes a great gift to yourself or someone you like. I love baking with it but also a sprinkle on eggs or roasted sweet potatoes 🍠!

Light and flaky but not as salty as Redmond mineral, so I add a little more than usual. Great flavor, for me it’s honestly a toss up between Redmond, Maldon, and Celtic. All three are great

This salt is the best tasting of all the sea salts we have tried. Love the flakiness, goes great on anything--a pinch in coffee takes away bitterness. Even looks pretty sprinkled on food. They test for lead content, which is a good idea for any salt since some have higher levels.

There is a reason we buy 3.1 lb tubs for our house: It is the best flake sale ever (IMO). We mostly use the large flakes but it is easily made finer in your fingertips or using a pestle and mortar.

This is the best salt for the taste.

I like to watch cooking shows on YouTube, and haven’t had much luck with products they recommend. Then this salt was recommended by someone whose opinions I’m starting to trust. I was still resistant because I’ve tried a bunch of fancy salts and was never impressed enough to justify the cost. Then I started noticing this distinctive box on kitchen counters on other channels and decided to bite the bullet. I bought a box, and I’m glad I did. I’m hooked. The difference is that this salt adds saltiness like regular salt, but it also adds crunchiness! At first, I thought, if I added a pinch of this stuff I would be over salting my food because the flakes are so much bigger than regular salt grains, but it doesn’t! I’m not a molecular gastronomer, so I can’t explain why, but I love the crunch, so I don’t care.
