Hi agonized over a new office chair to buy as I work from home two days a week. I wanted something that was comfortable with adjustable arms, a lumbar support and a Headrest. It was easy to assemble. It came in a very compact box that was damaged. This didn’t seem to impact the chair at all there was an indent in the memory foam because of the way it was packed as stated by others. I had the chair now close to three weeks and dent is still there that seems like a packaging floor. The chair is comfortable and does everything that it says it will do I’ve said others that have a nicer foam on the base that are slightly more comfortable, but that said this is not uncomfortable, and if you’re on a budget, it’s a great chair.

For a budget friendly ergonomic chair you its great. only issue i have is the cushion has an indent due to poor packaging but besides that everything seems perfect.

It was easy to put together, none of the screws holes were misaligned and the threads were all good unlike a cheaper amazon chair I had purchased a year or two ago. There is a little wiggle on the headrest but on the screw fixings, where the headrest attaches the pillar it sits on but nothing you would notice in everyday use only when adjusting it but a little wiggle should be expected or it would be too hard to adjust. The adjustable arms are good. I'm 5'6" and my feet can reach the ground when sitting. The arm rests just fit under my Ikea desk, but if they do not fit under your desk (70cm from the floor to the bottom of the desk) just raise the arm rests up. Will update this review after a few months to see how it lasts.

Looks good goes together ok .Issue is it means now to one side. When I called support they said big and tall is up to 300 and I'm slightly over so they will do nothing for me. I guess I'm out my money and it's a shame as the caption is misleading as I used search for chair 350 capacity. SMH
