First time trying these soups in a cup and they are ok for instant noodles. You just add boiling water, keep covered a couple of minutes then stir. It does have a very tiny bit of veggies (corn/peas) added but doesn’t impact the flavor which is mild and not overly salty for my taste. Would be good with cooked Atlantic cod or salmon (protein) added for a snack or quick meal when in a rush. Excellent value.

This cup of noodles brand is like many types of ramen noodles -- they have a salty soup packet, microwaves in about 3-5 minutes, and are filling. Like most brands, the soup is salty. This particular brand has other dried ingredients which adds some variety to the meal. However, the cooked noodles are relatively bland. If you want tastier noodles and soups, then other brands may be worth eating.

I got these by mistake. I wanted the plain Ramen noodles but it turned out that I liked them! They have dehydrated veggies the rehydrate very nicely. Makes a nice lunch and only takes the bowl it comes in and hot water. You might be able to heat in the microwave in the container. They are filling, lots of vegetables and easy.

I love the serving size and the easy preparation of this ramen compared to traditional bagged noodles. Plus, the flavor is delicious, and the price is very reasonable. It’s a great find, especially since it’s not available in most local grocery stores!
