I have been taking Mary Ruth’s liquid women’s multivitamin for a year now and love it. I believe it is the best women’s multivitamin on the market. I have tried other clean ingredients and natural vitamins but they either taste awful or are huge pills. Mary Ruth’s liquid multivitamin has a good taste, is easy to take and I look forward to my daily vitamins. I will never take anything else again. I’ve noticed an increase in energy as well as my hair has benefited. My hair feels stronger with less breakage. I recommend this product to all of my friends.

I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. If not that’s okay because my hair, as mentioned stopped falling out and I will take that over anything. 😊 I hope this review helps you take the jump like I did!

Seems to be good for hair as I saw little hairs growing …but for the price I expected more than a month supply. Didn’t notice anything related to energy during the day. Just normal. I also purchased the night liquid multivitamin from the same brand and I am not sure I noticed a difference in my sleep or anything. I may buy the morning one (for hair) again but not sure about the night one. Taste is ok for both. Just unnecessarily way too sweet which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. Overall, the weighted average of effectiveness, excessive sweetness and price point do not encourage me to recommend it to others or keep buying. 2 weeks in. Will finish the bottle and update this review if I notice a more noticeable difference. Overall after 15 days of consuming both the morning w lustre à and the night multi, I am Still insure, except for some hair growth

I switch between this and the regular morning vitamins. I prefer the strawberry one but this is very delicious but definitely sweeter. Not sure about hair growth but maybe less hair loss whenever I take this one. It’s pricey but this whole line of liquid vitamins do make me feel healthier and less sick especially during flu season.

I have been using this product for 6 months my hair is fuller with less fall out. My hair is also growing at more rapid rate. I have subscribed for this product every two months. It is a great product and taste great.

I don't even like peach or mango so I was pretty leery of trying this bottle of liquid vitamins, however, its flavour is phenomenal! I've been using these vitamins for a couple months for my thinning hair. I haven't really seen any results with hair regrowth, but I will definitely purchase again; maybe it will just take time for my hair to grow thicker. In the mean time, at least I'm getting my daily vitamins :)
