OMG!!! This product is absolutely amazing! I will not lie, it hurts when you rub it into your skin, but the results are well worth the pain. The pain does not last long, only while rubbing it in. I rub in the exoxome shot and then follow it with a layer of Medicube collagen jelly. I sleep with it on and then wash it off the next morning. Immediate results. My wrinkles are less visible. I use this 3 times per week. This is my second bottle, so it lasts a good while. Love this product.

I've been using the Medicube microneedling three times a week for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I see a difference in my skin texture! My skin feels smoother, looks more refined, and my pores appear smaller. The process is painless and easy to incorporate into my routine, and I love how it helps my serums absorb better.

UPDATE 2.14.25: I really really like this stuff. No it isn't the only new thing I've been tinkering with, but it is the only new active I've thrown into my routine. Aside from playing around with some Eight Saints cleanser & scrub, this was about it. I've been using this every other day and rotating it with my tretinoin (I think I even used them on the same night at some point). I use it with my cos de serums vit c & niacinamide (carried in a base HA serum). Your skin will feel smoother than it has ever felt, you'll touch it in the shower after you wash your cleanser away and wonder whose skin you're touching. I'm not kidding. After using it last night and cleansing this morning in the shower, I got out and applied my simple HA serum with a drop each of niacinamide & vit c. Let those soak in while I messed with my hair stuff. I could see shininess on my skin in the mirror. Since I'm a very oily skinned person, I assumed it was oil already from my serums. I was wrong. There was no oil, it was smooth, "dry", shiny glass skin... not "flawless" skin mind you (I have sun damage, sebaceous hyperplasia, and hyperpigmentation from being a Sun Goddess when younger), but clean glowy glass oil-free skin. I was astonished. Texture of my skin has never felt like this. I plan to amp this up and try VT's Reedle shot once I'm done with this bottle and add my serums to that for increased absorption. But as far as this "hydrolyzed sponge" bio-microneedle ingredient stuff goes... very very cool. As someone who has done lots of medical microneedling at home with Dr. Pen, this is an awesome alternative or in between sessions way of maintaining effective skincare ingredient absorption. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used it for the first time the day I got it. I also routinely use Rx tretinoin cream & Paula's Choice BHA liquid and Mandelic Acid/Lactic Acid liquid. Of course I didn't use any of those when I wore this in the evening after doing an LED mask red light session. Based on other reviews (and b/c I've never used a PHA) I was very apprehensive about the potential "needle" sensation from the spica(?)... ummm, it was like nothing for me, I was actually a little disappointed. I was bracing myself for something worse than microneedling. This did not feel anything close to that. Yes, there were some tingles & prickles here and there, but I've applied 8-10% liquid AHAs to my face before that were WAY more stinging/burning than this was. I'm excited to keep using this item and see how things improve. I plan to adhere to the suggested q3 days and rotate it with my tretinoin. ***The ONLY reason I think my skin is ok with this item from Medicube (I'm still new to their products & dipping my toes after being solely a Cos de Baha, CeraVe, & PC user) is that this is one of the FEW items they have that seems to NOT contain FRAGRANCE! Kudos Medicube... if only all of your products were like that, b/c unfortunately, as much as I wanted to keep the collagen cream, the fragrance was so strong on my face at night that my eyes were burning/stinging from the "fumes" by morning... no bueno Medicube - get the perfume out of your products please!***

Like the title says, this serum definitely helps to reduce the appearance of pores and general skin imperfections, but boy does it string going on. I would recommend anyone who uses this to quickly top off their skincare routine with several different calming ampules and moisturizers.

This is amazing! I'm 46 years old and tried so many different products to minimize my large pores and even out my textured skin. I always wait a few months before trying something new since it usually takes awhile to see a difference. However, this worked after just the first time! I've used it daily only 3 times and my pores are significantly smaller, like pinpoints. My skin texture is also improving dramatically. My dead skin cells sloughed off this morning and my face is a healthy glow instead of an oily glow. I have combination skin and feel like my face is still hydrated without being greasy in my tzone. I couldn't recommend this product more!

I apply this as a nighttime skin treatment about twice a week to a freshly cleansed face. I wait until I feel it's soaked in before I apply their Medicube Collagen Jelly (pink tub) over top of it as a sleeping mask. When I spread the collagen jelly, I can feel a mild prickly/needle sensation from this Exosome serum on my face. I wake up the next morning with amazingly soft and hydrated skin! This stuff is supposed to make your other skincare serums, creams, lotions, etc soak in to your skin for effectively. It feels like it's working. I've got mature skin with years of neglect and sun damage from my teens. My skin is slowly transforming in texture, pore size, fewer breakouts, and increased glow. I started noticing more improvements since I started using this Exosome shot along with their collagen jelly. Will absolutely repurchase both when needed.

This is the best! If you've never done or had microneedling, I'm sure this may feel extreme. If you have done it, it's fabulous! I apply before my serum of choice, and it really helps get the serum into your skin. I also love that you can feel the prickly sensation hours after, if you touch your face. It reminds me not to do that! We don't realize how often we touch our faces, and that's a big skin care no no. It goes on like a dream, and if you use only a small amount, it does not feel sticky at all. You don't need to douse your face with it. I use this every other day, and I've noticed my skin has improved quite a bit. This is definitely on my buy again list for, hopefully forever! Thank you Medicube for this fantastic product!

First time trying it and it felt prickly on my face but it wasn’t bad I like the scent not strong it hydrated my face I put on before jelly time will tell fingers crossed I’m 53

While applying I felt tingling, just like millions of needles running over my face! After that I applied medicine serum and night peel mask. Love the results, skin looks plump and moist in the morning. It’s a must have for me from now on!

初めてニードル系を使用しました。効きました！肌が薄めの方は2000からの方がチクチク感馴染みやすいかもしれません。（私は薄いほうで混合肌）使用一回目ですが、私は洗顔後、化粧水の後に7500で１プッシュを一度。私の場合は化粧水など塗る際もずっとチクチク感があり、効いてる感実感できました。お手入れ直後でも違ったのですが、翌朝になると更にきめ細かい肌になり、毛穴も少し緩和され、触った感じもきめ細かくなっているのがわかります。個人差あるとは思いますが私はほうれい線と張りに一番効きました。ちなみに、首元は全然チクチクしなかったのですが結構しっかりした横しわが少し目立たなくなったのでチクチクしなくても効いているんだと思います。
