I bought this to attach memory foam to the sides and upper roof of a plastic dog house as insulation. As I was cutting and peeling back the backing to fit to size, I almost couldnโt get the adhesive to let my fingers go. Whether the glue holds up to sub zero weather, I canโt say, but that is some VERY strong adhesive. It worked exactly as I hoped it would. Great value for the money.

I came back to Aquapel this year after a multi-year break caused by a bad batch. The bad Aquapel was gooey as soon as I broke the applicator open. It was thick and sticky and while I immediately stopped and tried to get the goo off my windshield - it was VERY difficult such it put me off the product for several years. In the interim I tried a bunch of competitors like Rain X, Griot's Garage and the like - they don't last. So I re-tried Aquapel with EXCELLENT results. Easy application, not difficult to dry off, rain bubbles up like advertised don't even need wipers - and no problems. Time will tell whether I get the multi-month winter protection I crave as that - to me - is the Aquapel advantage over competitors. I'm not sure how to check your product for a bad batch - it's just not easy because you have to break the applicator and you don't have much product per applicator. I think best to be aware of potential bad product and start on a bottom corner where potential damage is limited. But - when it works, it works GREAT.
