This is great stuff! If you’re here you’ve probably studied methylene blue for personal daily use a little. This is the stuff you’re looking for! I’ve used and reordered this product for months. 1 drop is 0.5mg and I personally use 40 drops (20mg) daily. Each person has their reason for wanting to supplement with MB. I like that it gives me energy, allows for better food processing in my diet, and I believe it is greatly helping with ATP production and long term health. Pros: health benefits, I learned about the benefits of MB from the book “The Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue” by Mark Sloan. The blue tongue stain goes away in an hour or so. Cons: taste is bad, like drinking dirt water. I add 40 drops to about 1 cup water and just drink it fast. Then I follow up with another 8 oz of just water to clear the taste. However you can get water flavor packets to add with it that will greatly help this, I just prefer to drink it straight and get it done. Another con is that your urine will be blue when you use the bathroom. Just clean up anything that gets in a spot it shouldn’t and you’ll be fine. Overall this is a long term use product. Find a way that you can consistently take it, flavored or straight with water. And educate yourself on what medication it should not be taken with. It’s great stuff!

DO NOT TALE IN THE AFTERNOON OR YOU WILL NOT SLEEP unbelievable energy. Clean, mildly euphoric effect not unlike Thanos lol. At the peak of energy output it felt like being in a lucid dream- very hard to describe apart from that. But I’m definitely not sleeping tonight. This was my first dose ever and I’m totally sold on the energy component alone. As far as taste, I put 20 drops in 15oz of water and didn’t taste a thing- just water. Didn’t dye my teeth and barely a trace of light blue on my tongue. Considering what the product costs and the effect, I can’t imagine a better value let alone better quality.

I have just started taking this product and I hope it will have the same positive effect as I have read in the reviews. I would like to highlight the excellent quality of the packaging and the care that has been put into protecting the bottle, which is a sign of the seriousness and commitment of the Biopharm company.

Works perfectly as described. The mental clarity is spot on for a few hours. I admit I just used the tincture directly followed with water, and did have a blue tongue for a few hours (water and time will take that away). I could breathe easier and found the energy as a fantastic "pre workout" boost. As for the folks complaining about arsenic levels- please learn how to do scientific math. P.S. there's more arsenic in your typical bottled water.

I uploaded the certificate of analysis to ChatGPT and asked whether this product was safe based on the analysis. The following is the response it provided. † The certificate of analysis for the Methylene Blue Trihydrate from Biopharm Inc. lists several impurities, including arsenic, copper, zinc, and residual solvents. To determine if these levels are safe, let’s analyze them against common safety standards: Heavy Metals and Impurities: 1. Arsenic (As): 2.23 ppm (parts per million) The USP (United States Pharmacopeia) limit for arsenic in pharmaceuticals is typically 1.5 ppm, so this level exceeds pharmaceutical-grade limits. The EPA drinking water limit is 0.01 ppm (10 ppb), meaning this level would be unsafe for consumption. 2. Copper (Cu): <0.01 ppm This is very low and well within safe limits. The EPA limit for drinking water is 1.3 ppm. 3. Zinc (Zn): No turbidity observed No specific amount is given, but assuming no measurable turbidity, it is likely minimal. Residual Solvents: 1. Methylene Chloride: <275 µg/g (ppm) The ICH Q3C guidelines for residual solvents set the daily permissible intake at 600 ppm for methylene chloride. This level is below the limit and likely safe. 2. Chloroform: <46 µg/g (ppm) The USP limit for chloroform in pharmaceuticals is 60 ppm. This is within safe levels. 3. Trichloroethylene: <45 µg/g (ppm) The USP limit is 80 ppm. This is within safe levels. 4. 1,4-Dioxane: <175 µg/g (ppm) The EPA drinking water limit is 0.35 ppm. This level is significantly higher than what is safe for drinking water but might be within tolerance for industrial use. Conclusion: NOT safe for human consumption (due to arsenic levels). May be safe for external or industrial use, but the arsenic level exceeds pharmaceutical standards. Residual solvents are within acceptable limits for general chemical use. If you’re using this for medical, food, or supplement purposes, it’s best to find a pharmaceutical or USP-grade methylene blue with lower arsenic content. If it's for external use or staining purposes, it might be fine.
