these are a life saver (and a sleep deprivation solution) no more tossing and turning, sitting up and laying back down hoping the stuffiness will go away. stays on all night for me and my boyfriend and he’s a bit of a crazy sleeper- very durable. does its job and does it well. once you slap it on it’s immediately dry and stuck to ur nose. great investment if you’re a sitter upper in frustration from a stuffy nose. it’s like night and day with this thing!

My wife started using this mouth tape, and the results have been amazing. Her snoring has significantly decreased, and my sleep quality has improved dramatically. The tape stays on securely all night but is easy to peel off in the morning without any discomfort or irritation. It’s a simple and effective solution that works exactly as promised.

My wife says there is no noise from me when I am sleeping at night now. I use these with my CPAP and they work well. My AHI number is lower. In my opinion they are a bit small. It frequently comes off during the night. My mouth is dry and more comfortable and I do not need to take a drink in the middle of the night. Next time I will choose a brand with a larger size. I don't understand what the little loose bit in the middle is for. It leaves a tiny hole in the tape when it comes off. It is too small to breathe through. It usually comes off in the night and finds its way into the most unlikely places. There is no residue on the skin in the morning. It is a helpful product.

Perfect for keeping the mouth closed at night. Very comfortable to use. Using this to prevent dry mouth at night so I can protect the teeth from cavities. It sticks very well, can be removed for a drink of water and restuck. I like the small breathing hole it has in the middle of the tape.

Bought these 2 months ago and can confidently say that they stay on all night long. I normally tend to toss and turn throughout the night and the tape stayed on the entire time. The size is just right with enough coverage to go around and fully seal my lips. I do appreciate the slit in the middle that helped me get adjusted the first few weeks since I slept with my mouth open previously but, with these it’s improved my snoring. Highly recommend

First, the positive: For years, I awoke three-four times per night because of dry mouth. I assumed the problem was causes by a medicine I take. After I realized that I never had dry mouth during the day. I reasoned that my nighttime problem was probably a result of mouth breathing, and I decided to try this product. It was like a miracle; no more dry mouth! I could sleep through the night! The produce is inexpensive, easy to apply, and easy to remove. HOWEVER, when applying the tape, it is easy to overlook the small, oblong piece of tape in the middle of the strip that MUST be removed. The instructions that came with the package don’t even mention it. I don’t understand why it is there, but perhaps the manufacturers thought that the wearer needed a space for mouth breathing or would feel claustrophobic without it. At first, like some reviewers, I would wake up in the morning thinking that the strip gave me a blister. Then I realized that it was the middle strip sticking to my lip after removing the main portion of the strip. After pulling it off, I was fine; there was no blister. Going forward, I sometimes remembered to remove the middle strip and sometimes forgot. One night, I awoke with a tightness in my throat. I HAD ASPIRATED THE MIDDLE STRIP, WHICH AFFIXED ITSELF TO THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH, CLOSE TO THE TONSILS. With some difficulty, I was able to scrape it off with a finger. However, had it been another half-inch further back, I would have required an emergency medical or dental appointment. Even worse, IT COULD HAVE BEEN ASPIRATED INTO THE LUNGS. So here is the bottom line: The product can be great…. IF you use it properly. But I cannot give five stars to a manufacturer who does not include proper instructions or address safety concerns. Also, I would NOT use the tape with young children under any circumstance.

I was hesitant ordering because of some reviews, but I'm glad I did. The product works; although it stays on all night, but is easy to remove in the morning w/o fuss nor pain and I didn't experience any so called glue residue to wash off, etc. I wasn't so sure of the benefit of the little hole in the center, but I like it vs others that completely shuts off your mouth. The only thing that kept me from giving it a "5" is because it would have been perfect if it was just slightly wider (longer) as others had mentioned. Try this item; I think you'll be happy you did.
