My Maizie LOVED these treats! They're the perfect size for training. We've taught our Beagle many commands using these as a reward! Beagles are not the easiest dog to train as they are quite "busy" with the world around them. Without the promise of a treat, THIS treat, Maizie would prefer sniffing the world around her, birdwatching, or just running around like a madman! And the container is the best for storage. It keeps the treat "fresh" and is great for handling - - not too bulky. I would buy these again and again. The price is great as far as a training treat goes. The texture is soft but not too sofe ... It provides a crunch that Maizie seems to like. The smell, unlike some treats, is very pleasant. You can definitely smell the peanut butter. Other treats sometimes smell almost like ammonia, especially the "bacon-type" treats! I would most definitely recommend these to anyone looking for treats for their dog. And not just as a training aide! They're perfect for just a treat when you want to remind your fur-baby how much you love him/her! I wish I could give this more stars as a rating ... Great brand, too small to break but easy to chew and my dog loves them. My mom brings these to her work at a gas station and all the puppies love them. I can't speak to the taste as amazon recommends, but the smell is consistent with what dogs like I suppose? and my dog likes the taste. They don't make a mess. Did a subscription to these for my mom since she always brings them to work, just as you'd see in store and packaging is always in perfect condition after shipping, looks good. These are trusted in my family and loved my my doggo for his 13 years of life.

I've been using these Maro Snacks Treats for my dogs, giving them one when they go into their kennels at night and another before they go outside. These treats have become my go-to, though not without some reservations. Pros: My Boston Terriers Love the Taste & go crazy for these treats. They enjoy the plain and the bacon version but since we're reviewing the bacon flavor one, well, they like it too. Each treat is only 10 calories, which is great as they don't eat much and we don't need to be worrying about weight gain. Cons: Contains Artificial Preservatives: While they use natural colors, these treats still have artificial preservatives, which is a concern if you're picky about ingredients. Possible Allergens: They include ingredients like wheat and corn, so if your dog has sensitivities, you might want to be cautious. I do have one dog who refuses the treat about 1/2 the time. If i have the time of course, I'd just take butter, chicken stock, flour and dry milk and make my own...but really, I don't have the time for that.

We spent an additional £15.25 on these as we had to collect them at the Post Officed AFTER our Postman gave us a CUSTOMS INVOICE. So, unless you want to spend double the price quoted on Amazon, don't buy these or any MILKBONE products, made in the USA! Have given our dogs these Milk-Bone treats for at least 10 years or however long they've been on the market. They're excellent when training a dog & you're on a walk. With these treats in your pocket, they're easy to grab & they don't leave tons of crumbs in the pockets when a garment's put into the washing machine.Wish they weren't so very expensive.
