So far it does what it says. If you're experienced using a flat iron you'll appreciate the sliding ceramic tiles. They help your hair from not getting pulled on or out "OUCH" I can get down to my roots and it straightens all the way down my hair which is almost to my waist leving it straight and shiny! I will be purchasing a hair heat protectant. Especially when curling your hair. It can get very hot. Yes, you can curl your hair with it! It does warm up quickly. The only thing I don't care for is the temperature dial location. It is hard to get to and see. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, you can't beat the inexpensive cost! I've not had it long. If anything should change; I will update. So far for the price it's exceeded my expectations.

This is one of the best straighteners I've used! The heat level is great and easy to adjust, And I don't have to turn it all of the way up for it to do a good job straightening my hair. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. I feel like the price is a very good price for this product. It also fits in my hand perfectly. I definitely recommend!
