Ms. Rachel and the Special Surprise is a wonderful addition to any child's library! Ms. Rachel’s engaging style has been such a blessing to my daughter, who has learned so much from her. This book captures the same warmth and educational charm that we’ve come to love from her YouTube series. The story is delightful, with plenty of moments that spark curiosity and joy for young readers. Ms. Rachel has a special gift for connecting with children, and this book proves it again. I truly hope she gets a series on one of the streaming platforms. Her work deserves to reach even more families. In the meantime, her YouTube show remains a fantastic resource for parents who want fun, educational content for their little ones. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing book for children, especially for Ms. Rachel fans. The book is engaging and encourages kids to think, speak, get involved, and sing along with many of Ms Rachel’s famous songs. I was very excited to see what the surprise was at the end-I thought it was adorable! The book is also very generous with pages.. highly reccommend!

Absolutely love this book. The illustrations are beautifully done, the book is so well made and thought out. This book is meant to be read and interactive with your child. You sing songs as you read, you talk in ms rachel form lol & play. My 17month old enjoyed me reading this to her. Thank you Ms.Rachel! I purchased the Miss Rachel and the Special Surprise Book on the Pre-Order status way back in the summer, and I had forgotten about it and just received it today(9/24). I have twin granddaughters and they absolutely LOVE Miss Rachel. As soon as I pulled out the book to read it to them they immediately got so excited and recognized Ms. Rachel in her pink shirt, blue overalls, and pink headband, as well as her friend, Herbie the puppet. I think Miss Rachel is this new generation’s Mr. Rogers. Each page contains inter-active questions about helping Miss Rachel find something. My granddaughters shouted OPEN and sang the WHEELS ON THE BUS & the BUBBLE POP SONG, when it asks on those pages. The graphics are illustrated beautifully especially for this young age. They wanted to read it over again and again. For anybody with a toddler. I definitely recommend purchasing this book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Large size book that’s very colorful. The pages are thick but can be torn. Pages portray her earlier learning lessons. Given as a gift to a toddler who absolutely loves Ms Rachel!

My 2 year old has been watching Ms. Rachel since he was a few months old! Her YouTube show was only thing I felt ok letting him watch. He has learned so much from her and her team. Colors, ABC’s, numbers, so much he has learned from her! Her energy and demeanor is so sweet and caring on screen and you can tell she really cares about kids and wants them to learn! At such a young age he has advanced and learned so much just from her show! He loves all the songs, wheels on the bus, icky sticky bubble gum, I’m so happy, the rainbow song, everything! He loves to sing and dance to Ms. Rachel! Every time he hears “HI FRIENDS” his face light up! Mr. Aaron, Herbie, Ms. Jules, the diverse multi racial cast, the sign language, feelings, everything! This show is a gem! So amazing how far the show has come to see them collaborate with Elmo even! Anyways fast forward to now, my son is a bit older and has outgrown a lot of the baby stuff but still adores Ms.Rachel. When I saw she came out with a line I knew I had to get something for him even if it was just to have as a core memory keepsake because Ms. Rachel’s show will always be a big part of his growing up as a little baby to toddlerhood. He’s a bit too big for the baby items in the line but this book though! When I saw this book I knew I had to have it! I pre ordered it and when it arrived, we opened the box, he saw the cover and his face lit up! When we read the book oh my goodness he was so happy! Reading it out loud was so fun too because we are so familiar with the cadence and the flow of how Ms Rachel talks since watched her all the time! It’s like having Ms. Rachel right there with you! He’s sort of a big boy now but when I read her classic lines like “say open!” he knew exactly what to say! He would fill in the blanks for me as I read! He squealed in delight to each page read! And the songs! His absolute favorites! Wheels on the bus is his favorite! He loves singing “ei ei Oo” for old McDonald! Here I was thinking my toddler has forgotten about this and out grew this phase but like magic this book unlocked that part of his brain and he knew everything! He rolled his arms to wheels on the bus, did the bubble gum song, and was so happy. He waved hi and bye to the pages! It’s so interactive I can’t think of any other book like it! The special surprise at the end actually made me tear up. What a perfect ending to a book and it completely sums up Ms. Rachel and her whole character. She’s like the Mr Rogers of today for little kids who want the kids to remember they are special they are loved and they are unique and amazing! I have bought tons of books for my son, but this one is the only one he keeps reaching for every night since we got it and has not gotten sick of it yet. On the first read he had me read it like 3 times! I love how it’s not a short book either! There isn’t anything else like it! It’s a special book that will always remind us of a special time that will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much Ms. Rachel! PS please come out with more books please! There is so much content on the show that would translate so wonderfully to books and this was proof of that! A whole series even! I’ll pre order everything lol thank you Ms. Rachel and team for making a wonderful show and this wonderful book!

Got this for my 18 months old toddler who is obsessed with Ms. Rachel. When I got her this book, she wants to read it everyday for a little over a month. Very engaging and helps little one to talk.

Great interactive fun book. My daughter is almost 2.5 and she got it for Xmas and is into it. Lots of songs and ways to use the image for learning. The illustrated Ms. Rachel is super cute. I wish it came out when she was younger but they don’t grow out of these songs for a couple of more years, so I’m sure it will be around.

My child loves it

The book is beautiful and so well done. You can tell Rachel and her team put a lot of time and effort in to perfect the book. We read it over and over today and my kids loved it. It will be a family favourite going forward. There is also a list at the end of the book that highlights things parents/caregivers can do to help with their children’s development. What a great resource! Very refreshing to have a kids brand that actually cares about children. Highly recommend!

The illustrations are bright and engaging, too. I would recommend this book to anyone hoping to help their child develop their speech and language skills.
