This gadget is so much easier to use that my old one. The power button is much, much easier to press. My old one was a hard squeeze, which can get painful after a few seconds when you have arthritis. My only difficulty is getting the top of the chopper container to come off. It's a tricky one, for sure. As for operating - speed and power are spot on. The handle feels good in the hand, not too heavy or difficult to grip. It feels like it will last for quite a while. I'm glad I made this purchase.

I have been wanting a new hand mixer for the whisk and well, this thing make some giddy. So easy to use and switch out the tools. I'm excited to get up and make my morning coffee concoction with this thing. It is sturdy, easy to hold, powerful, and compact. I love the versatility of this thing. A definite must have.

Love my new Mueller Immersion Blender. Powerful, adjustable speeds with 3 different attachments. Eggs for frittata blended well with spices milk and nicely frothy using main blade attachment. Stick has a nice weight but not too heavy and on button easy to use. Very impressed and happy with my purchase for the price. Looking forward to trying the whisk and frother attachments. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased this blender in 2020, and I have to admit that at first I was really pleased. The blender worked pretty much like I expected, and although I didn't use the unit frequently, when I did I got excellent results. You need to know, however, that these units consist of three parts: the motor unit, the attachments, and a very small plastic piece that connects the drive of the motor to the attachment. Without this small (easily lost) part the unit is useless. The small plastic part broke on the last use. If you read the comments you will see that this DOES happen. Even if not broken, the small part is so small, and fits so loosely, that losing it is likely a pretty common occurrence. My blender came with two, and I lost one along the way pretty early on. Now, here's the thing: There ARE NO REPLACEMENT PARTS. So, yeah. If this high stress part that is tiny and easily lost IS GONE, the thing cannot be used, every, and needs to basically be tossed in the trash. I contacted the company and they will send a replacement for the entire unit within one year of purchase. BUT YOU CANNOT REPLACE THE SMALL PART THAT WOULD BE SUBJECT TO STRESS AND WEAR AND POSSIBLE LOSS!!!! That's inadequate for a kitchen gadget that should last years. Not having a replacement for an essential part is simple inexcusable, and I will never purchase anything from this company again unless they offer me other options than "its not available".

This is my 4th blender. It is an essential tool for my soup making. I spent a long time deciding on a replacement blender. Finally, I decided on this model. I have a Mueller toaster which has worked very well over time. The Mueller Blender seemed superior to the competitors in offering more attachments and a greater variety of speed. I was a bit concerned about having a plastic connection of the blade, but this seems sturdy enough on examination. I first used it to blend watercress soup. I liked the good control provided by the speed selections. I was, thus, able to blend both the thicker cooked potatoes and the fibrous watercress to a nice thin puree-- not too thick or liquidy. I also found the blade much easier to wash than my prior blender. I could easily insert a cloth or thin sponge safely behind the curved area behind the blade. Based upon past experience, I have a serious caution about using ANY such tool. Please make certain that you NEVER attempt to use it when the burner is turned on or still hot. It is too easy allow the cord to slip , ruining the cord or-- worse-- causing an electrical fire.
