I have taken many supplements over the last 40 years. I had been looking for a multivitamin type that was easy to digest and of good quality. Noticed they seemed to be filling in the missing vitamins and minerals my body was looking for.

This review is for everyone who is unaware of alfalfa leaf that has estrogenic effects that interacts with effectiveness birth control and pregnant women or people who are sensitive to hormonal effects!!!!!! It is my bad but I did not read the added herbal blend. Unfortunately there is alfalfa leaf in the blend which directly interferes with birth control and hormones because of the estrogenic effects in the alfalfa leaf -you can look this up. I just didn’t assume a herb that negatively affects hormones would be in a women’s multivitamin lol. I was really excited about this bottle but unfortunately I am having interactions and hormonal effects now. I am very sensitive person so any herbs that interact with hormones do give me symptoms. Miserable!!! This herb isn’t even necessary to be in this bottle. Waste of my money. I can’t use it and can’t return it.

Once I was a sorry man, haggard, worried, and weak. But I chanced upon these vitamins (I pronounce that 'VIT-uh-mins', like I'm British. I'm not British, but it sounds like they might be more effective if I say it that way, so please read it as such in my review), and thought to myself, "Self, give them a try!" And I did. Now I'm taller, I can run nearly 30mph, I have the strength of seven men, my libido is Pan-like, and all my co-workers come to me for advice. I was given a promotion, won the lottery, even my teeth straightened up! I'm charismatic, the hit of any party, and I smell of rich mahogany and leather bound books. These are damn fine vitamins (remember, VIT-uh-mins). Well worth the $22 or whatever, I'd give it a go. Okay, fine! I'm essentially just the same guy, but I feel a bit better. It's good, noticeable. Oh, and I pee bright yellow about 45 minutes after I take one. I've been taking these for years, I do recommend them.

I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
