I just bought my 2nd and 3rd sleeve. I have used NEENCA brand for about 3 years. Bowling and walking they do a great job. Arthritis in both knees plus left need I think has a small tear. These sleeves are keeping me in the game. Only once after i used my first sleeve over 2 years while bowling i felt any pain. Put some K-tape on to help, put sleeve back on, pain went away and did not come back. These clean up nice too. One more reason i came back is the side support. They don’t roll down your leg. Many of the cheap ones will do this snd you’ll end up throwing them out in frustration. Good product. I recommend but if your knees really bad, check with your therapist and see what they say.

This is a surprisingly good little brace for the money. Had a very sore and stiff knee after basketball and jiu jitsu. I wanted something non-bulky to wear under a jiu jitsu gi and sweat pants, and this doesn't show at all under pants. Allows good flexibility while also offering support. Reduced my knee pain immediately, and by a significant amount. It's easy to put on and take off. Quite comfortable actually. So comfortable in fact, I wear it to bed. Was waking up in the night from the pain before I purchased this brace. But it really helps me sleep it's so effective and comfortable. It doesn't offer the support of a more rigid, Velcro strap medical brace, obviously. But I've worn it almost 24/7 for the past 6 days and I often forget it's even there. Even looks non-dorky enough to wear with athletic shorts. I'm really quite pleased.

I measured and got an xxl and should have gotten a 3xl runs just a tad bit small. It’s ok though. Fits well otherwise and does its job. My knee feels better!

I exercise quite a bit which I utilize my knees a lot. These comfortable knee braces are very good as well as nicely made to help support my knees when its needed. They help to stablize and keep things in place, even if you're just walking in them.

I waited for this to be delivered today and the minute it was here, I quickly opened the package and slid it on.I have been in steady, excruciating pain for 2.5 months. This support sleeve is already relieving my knee pain, within a few hours! I am so, so happy!! It was very easy to pull on. No rolling down. Not itchy. Measure and order within that range. It's very supportive on the sides and knee cap. With such pain, there hasn't been sleep. I'm looking forward to a night's sleep without heating pad for hours. Oh my goodness!! I actually slept! I left it on, got up at midnight to drink water, no aspirin or Tylenol! Went back and got up at 2:00 am, hubby has neuropathy pain, so we had rooibus tea and went back and slept, pain free. Got up, at 7:30, actually felt rested, showered and put the brace back on. Still nothing needed for pain! This is so comfortable, I am blessed to have found it on Amazon! I'm going to order two for my husband's pain ridden legs. It helped mine all over. Maybe he has needed this support sleeve all along. I truly hope all of you, who are experiencing pain, will find the relief that I did. Absolutely, 100%, recommend this item. 10 Stars!! I have knee pain when I sit in a chair or driving my car. I was looking for something that would enable me to sit at my desk without having to elevate my leg. My measurement was 15.3 inches at the thigh which said I should order a medium size. It did relieve my pain when sitting, but I experienced soreness on the back side of my knee. I contacted customer support and they recommended that I go to a large size. They provided the replacement at no charge. The large does not cause any soreness and still provides that relief that I need when sitting or driving. I would highly recommend if you have knee aches. NEENCA customer service is excellent!

I'm a plus size woman and a nurse and was in need of a knee sleeve to help with the reaggravation of a previous injury. I ordered the XL and it fits my leg, knee and thigh perfectly. The fabric is thick, strong and provides great compression without being uncomfortable or overheating. A silicone band at the top keeps the thigh in place. The sleeve has built in boning that is well padded yet well placed and supportive. The circular knee pad is just thick enough to provide support without bulk; in fact that could be said of the whole sleeve. There is an appropriate restriction of movement but I can still walk and navigate stairs albeit with a little extra thought and a mild limp... but that was the case without the sleeve. While this sleeve likely wouldn't be appropriate for athletics or heavy labor tasks it certainly holds up for this bedside nurse.

My knee was giving me fits and bouts of pain on standing. Who can go through life not standing? So the search began for help and keeping me out of surgery -UGH! The end result was this NEENCA brace. Followed the instructions for sizing - came out perfect - and I was in business. Goes on easily, strong support and performs well. One comment --- it is rather large - bulky - and it does NOT fit well under all my pants. I'll try it on the outside of my slender legged pants and see what it looks like. Wish me luck.
