Arrived quickly and in good condition. I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas to replace her aging laptop that couldn't play her games. It arrived literally the next day, so that was a big plus. Setup was very easy, took about a half hour because Windows always does their exceptionally long updates on all new computers. The pull here for me was the 1TB storage, 16Gb RAM. That's what my laptop has on it with gaming specifications, and so I knew it would run her games with no problem. She plays Roblox and Fortnite with friends and of course, she was ecstatic with the pinkish color of the device, but better than that, after installing her games, they ran flawlessly. No lag, no getting booted out, just fine performance. There's enough USB ports, HDMI port, headphone port, plus an SD card slot. Not that she'll need them at the moment. She's too busy rocking out and playing her games to notice the other things. A really economical buy for a laptop that performs this well.

This was such an easy experience, transferring my stuff over to this PC. The PC itself is plenty fast enough for basic email, spreadsheets, photos, Teams meetings, etc. The 1TB of storage is great and the memory seems adequate for anything I will do with it. The screen is nice and large and the backlit keyboard is a huge help. My only complaint is that the backlit keyboard times out after 10 seconds (to save energy) and that does not seem to be adjustable. I contacted support and they were responsive to confirm that point. This is a very impressive laptop for the price point and with the 2 year warranty, I feel like I made an excellent purchase.

I’m extremely pleased with this device. I was somewhat weary of this new brand, but I remember when Acer and Asus were new on the scene, so I gave Nimo a chance. This laptop has been great for schoolwork. I am often in different locations and find it relatively easy to transport. It plays videos and music without much fuss and 16gb is enough to have background music or video while typing up a paper. The camera is adequate for video calls. There is a front facing light that is helpful, but surprisingly bright and a little distracting in certain lighting. The number pad is…interesting. It feels very cramped and is not the traditional set up. However it is functional enough if you are not doing a lot of computation. I am overall pleased with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone who simply needs access to the Internet and basic productivity apps.

I bought this to replace an HP laptop that was about 10 years old. I was amazed at the speed of startup, shutdown, downloads and ease of operation. The only thing it lacks is a DVD drive which I can replace with an external one. Overall I am amazed with the operation of this device and the price was extremely affordable. I highly recommend buying.

This laptop came very quickly and was exactly as described. It is absolutely gorgeous. Set up was a breeze, with no problems whatsoever. This laptop is super-fast. The screen seems larger than 15.6, because of the layout of the laptop. Fingerprint scan works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this laptop. Anyone like me worried about getting an "off brand" laptop, have no fear with this laptop or company. The price for this laptop is such a great deal for the storage, RAM, speed, etc. Not to mention how great this rosegold color looks. :)

I got this laptop to replace a HP that I have had for several years. I am very impressed with the performance, build quality, and aesthetics of this laptop. I really like the UCB C charging, I would have had to pay double this for a well-known brand with equivalent specifications. Very happy that I was able support a family business and get a great product.

I must of got a bad batch because once this was on my home network, unauthorized devices started showing up and my WiFi would turn itself off and then I looked in network settings it was configured for DNS hijacking. I do not trust this product I believe mine was laced with malware. I do not click suspicious things or those sites

I took a chance on the new brand and I am very glad I did. It's fast, built great AND a GREAT price. Totally VERY satisfied. Arthur
