This is by far the best nicotinamide riboside I've tried. I will not be buying another brand again. Increased energy, well-being, mood, and positive effects on skin appearance! Highly recommended! As far as headaches go, I did get some the first week or so. Some Tylenol helped that. But thankfully, they went away. Also, you have to stick with it a while before all the benefits are optimized. Well worth the wait!
