Great lights at a good price. They were very simple to use and install. Took about a day or two to gain enough solar power to work properly. Works great for setting up an outdoor display.

I now have 8 of these in my front yard. They really do work! They sit in the sun all day and work perfect throughout night ..maybe go out around 4am especially if we have been cloudy for a few days. They are sturdy as my gardeners knocked one down by accident but it was fine. My sprinklers and heavy rain created a film on a few but they still work perfectly. I am going to see if I can clean the water stain build up off with a mild cleaner hoping not to ruin the solar part. I am very pleased with these and easier than the wired landscape lights I have had at previous houses I owned. I think they are a perfect size and really light up my landscape.

These spotlights are easy to setup and bright but…. The light color is harsh/white (we prefer the warmer/yellow of another brand). The lights activate at sunset but on the early side - about 30 min before actual dusk. So the lighting (and 30 min of battery) is totally wasted. However we were pleasantly surprised by how freaking long they stay lit on the med-bright setting…. All Night (about 10 hours)! The solar panel is fixed to the light so if you tilt the light way up the panel is tilted nearly vertically too (not ideal for receiving the sun). Finally, the beam is wider and not as “spot-like.” So it’s good for close features like a wall or shrub or a wide tree like mesquite maple but not taller/narrower trees (oak, palms) or tall cacti or flagpoles or… See pic: this white light on left and a warmer spotlight on the right. If your target/subject landscaping is wide and low and you prefer the bright/whiter light, then these are a perfect 5-star set. But for us they are a 3-star fit… hence an average of 4-star.

We put the lights on the backyard fence so when the dogs go out in the dark the lights come on as they run around. They get lots of sun and are nice and bright. Exactly what we needed.

Has three levels of brightness and stay lit for a long time has tilt up or down very very strong stakes worth the money

I have purchased outdoor solar lights in the past. Whether the lights were for pathway lighting or spotlight, the brightness and longevity was not there. As for the NYMPHY solar lights (this product), my neighbor has had these lights in their yard for quite sometime. They were so bright at night that I just assumed the lights were hardwired. When I saw that they were solar powered I just had to get myself some, and luckily my neighbor was kind enough to share information on where she purchased the lights (AMZ). I bought one set as a trial (Set 1). So far so good. These lights are more like spot lights. I have the lights set at brightest level and they do a very good job of spotlighting our very tall eucalyptus trees, as well as our smaller Australian willow trees. The lights charge well even in areas where there is no full sun. I was so happy with Set 1 that I ordered another set (Set 2). However, it's been overcast so I have not been able to fully charge Set 2 yet. I only hope that both sets last longer than other solar light sets I have purchased in the past.

As instructed, we left the lights to charge for couple days before switching on. When we put it out in our yard to test this evening, to our pleasant surprise, the lights had very good coverage and the colors were bright. They highlight the landscape nicely and we love the effect. Seems like a good quality product and charges well. Have to check how long it retains charge in a few days time. After a couple weeks: the charger needs good amount of sunlight to function through the night. Couple of the lights haven’t worked for the past 2 days and need to be moved to get better sun exposure.

So yes these things are cheap. They are bright and they do last a long time! Just need to be aware that they will not survive a weed eater hit, and they are fairly flimsy in the mounting. So I give it four stars for that. But as far as brightness and rechargeability these things actually are quite good! Just be aware of mountain problem!

Amazing light on high mode but doesn't last long about five to six hours.
