My wife has been through so many brands trying to find something that doesn't irritate her scalp, and smells nice. On a whim, we got the small "travel" size shampoo at the store, and she loved it so much we bought the big ones. She is halfway through the bottles, and she loves it. We also use it on our 6 and 3 year olds, and it's gentle enough for the little's skin also. We love the Native shampoo and conditioner. She also switched her deoderant to Native. It's great that there are no harmful additives in these products, which is something we're becoming more mindful of.

Nearing my 75th birthday, my long gray (now that all the previous years of dye have grown out) hair has become very dry and fly-away. I have tried as many products as I thought would help, from Pantene to Suave to Olaplex to Nexuus and Kendra, and a variety of others, using shampoos, conditioners, after shampoo oils, lotions, leave in treatment all intended to give me soft, manageable hair, not my naturally wavy, fly-away, untame-able tresses. Native Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner seem to have fixed it all from the very first try. And, not having read the instructions on the back of the shampoo bottle, I did not 'repeat' the lather & rinse before I moved on to condition. The longest wisps of my growing-out-layered hair reach my waist, and after conditioning & rinsing, I put it in a 'turban' while I finish my shower. I can not express how surprised I was to take off the turban and have my wide-tooth comb go easily through all of my hair. I prefer to air dry so as to not increase the dryness of my hair, and simply can not believe how soft and manageable it is.

I love this shampoo and conditioner duo and have bought it multiple times. It’s free of most harsh chemicals, making it great for my children’s hair. I appreciate the value for the size and the quality ingredients. My only complaint is that when it gets down to the very bottom, the pump has trouble dispensing the last few drops of product.

i was looking for a shampoo and conditioner that was not filled with harmful ingredients. i think if you have a dry scalp the shampoo is really good, but i felt like there was some kind of residue that built up in my hair, this was not a consistent occurrence, however, it was more noticeable if i used it after working out, it didn’t appear to be stripping enough, but it is marketed as moisturizing so that is understandable. i use a clarifying shampoo once a week that seems to fix any buildup. this is not suitable for oily scalps. my scalp is dry but i workout a lot and this doesn’t do a great job making my scalp feel clean after, might be the oil from working out needing to be stripped better. could just be a me problem tbh lol. the conditioner isn’t as nourishing as i’d like, i have very dry ends and it isn’t moisturizing enough for them, but the shampoo is a good option if you want a moisturizing shampoo, the conditioner is just not very hydrating for being marketed as a moisturizing bundle. if you have a dry scalp and normal to oily mids and ends this is great! i have noticed my hair is healthier and softer, i wish there were vanilla options without coconut because im not a fan of it lingering in my hair as its hard for me to go nose blind to.

Time will tell if this duo helps with my thinning hair. I used the shampoo and conditioner for the first time today and my hair feels great. The cucumber mint fragrance is not very strong which I'm happy about.

My hair is shiny and soft using this shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't straighten the waves in my hair which I really appreciate. I don't have to use as much of this product as many shampoos to get my hair clean. It's really a nice product.

Wasn't sure it was going to be worth it, but I really like this Native Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair feels great. My color is still vibrant after 4 weeks of washing. This will definitely be my go to. May look at the body lotion now.

First, I know people have been having problems with these pumps. I actually tried to open them in the shower while all wet and just ended up getting aggravated and opening the whole top fully to use it. After my shower I dried them off and tried again while I was dressed and dry. I almost returned it also but you just have to hold tightly to the bottom screw part and keep twisting the pump counter clockwise Yes, it seems like it will never release but keep turning. It takes a ridiculous amount of time, a good 2 minutes I’d say. When it feels like it’s gotten a bit tighter and you think you’ve lost your mind, keep twisting counter clockwise. It will suddenly pop up. With that said, it has a really great lather. Idk why other people are saying it doesn’t because it clearly lathers very well and the scent is so nice. I thought it might be weird having a pumpkin-y spice smelling shampoo and conditioner but I love it. The scent doesn’t really linger after though.
