So I accidentally got the 1000 instead of the 10k and boy howdy did I see a difference!! So the 10k is a Huge difference!!! It helps my hair and my nails. My hair is so much thicker and grows so much faster and stronger with these. I like that they are small in size and coated. They are easy to take and have no taste. The only downfall is. They don’t always have them in stock. I buys these all the time!! Definitely Recommend!!!

When I started taking Biotin many years ago I noticed that my fingernails grew faster, longer and stopped splitting. They grow so well that I have cut back to taking it only 3 times a week as my fingernails grow too long too fast! It works if you have lousy nails and want to strengthen them.

If there is any supporting proof for myself on the effectiveness of this biotin is, it is how well my hair has been in the dry winter months so far and how well my toenails look. I accidentally dropped something on one of my toes causing the nail to bleed to most likely fall off. However, with consistent use of this product, the nail is still intact and healing has significantly accelerated than otherwise anticipated. Obviously some or most of this is diet. However, this product definitely supplements the healing process of both hair and nails.

The product only increases the speed of growth of hair and nails. I don’t feel any other drastic difference. In terms of packaging everything was perfect.

I love this supplement as it easy to swallow and works well 3 months after I purchased it! I like it because the capsule size is not too big, and you can easily put it in your travel pack!

It’s funny how getting older can make you excited for supplements and vitamins. I love how fast this shipped and that it is such a good product. I love that they are rapid release softgels. I had tried gummies from another brand in the past but they were so gross tasting I couldn’t finish them. The fact that I can take this once a day with my other vitamins first thing in the morning makes this so much easier to stick to. Great price and great product! Thanks!!!
