I started using this last winter when my arthritis was at its absolute worst. The first month I didn't feel much difference. But by about week 6 I did notice significant improvement in my pain. By week 8 it was amazing. I had very little pain. I have been on it almost 10 months now and have no plans to stop. My arthritis is no longer keeping me from having an active lifestyle. This stuff is great. I take tart cherry regularly, and it really seems to help with the pain. ( I regularly suffer from a bulging disk in my spine) I keep a few chewable tabs in my purse so I can take them anytime I need them, even when I don't have a drink handy.

Tart cherry is good for inflammation and to relax you so you can sleep better. These don't have much taste and they are hard so not easy to chew. Will buy the gummies instead soon.
