Bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, she loves it had to try it out and now I am ordering a second one for myself. The base massage is awesome and so far the pulsating expansion on the top area gives a sensation of your feet being rubbed! Great product.

Having neuropathy in my feet from past chemotherapy, I needed something that I could use daily and nightly. The heat warmer, rollers and air squeeze provide adequate pain relief! The machine is very quiet and surprisingly built with durability and is aesthetically pleasing! The air pressure provided squeezes the tension out of my feet! I bought my Mom one for Christmas and I know she will love it! My 7 year old niece loves it as well! She plays basketball and says her feet hurt some days and that this helps her! Her Mom loves it as well! Needless to say the entire family will have one! I wear a size 10.5 in women and it’s perfect.

Massage and heat/compression options are effective and feel great. The fifteen minute timer prevents overheating. Foot sizes larger than 12 will be uncomfortable. Needs upper foot rollers!

Why do I give it 5-stars? Because I give 5, 4, or 1. To get my 5-star, the product MUST do exactly what it says, as it says, and be "of reasonable value". 4-stars for me, actually indicates a fault on the product's offering, difficulty using it, no value in price. I bought this hoping it would reach the upper heel part of my tendon. It doesn't say it does and that part of the leg is debatable part of the foot. It doesn't. I was actually going to return it for that one reason. I didn't because of 3 important factors. 1st, the machine is powerful! The compression on HIGH hurts. It kneads down into the muscle tissue like strong male hands. 2nd, the convenience of using it multiple times compared to the better option I have, the full leg massager, which does get ALL of my legs and feet, is a complete pain in the ssa to put on. It takes 5 minutes to dress in the thing for a 15-minute massage. This is very convenient. 3rd, I had problems in my feet I didn't realize I had until this thing fixed them. That's value. In summary: great massage, very powerful. The heat feature is like them all, boring and nearly non-existent. Included in massage, I have size 11 feet and I think a 13 would be comfortable in here, it gets the toes, plantar, sides, heel pad, lower ankle not upper ankle. Improvement? If the device were deeper in the back!! I need upper heel CRUSHING power to work that ball in my tendon.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom, but decided to give it to her early (today) bc she really needed it. She loved it. A little something about my mom she has fractured both her feet on 2 seperate occasions, bc of this she has struggled with standing for a long time and long walks. As soon as it arrived I read the instructions (very simple) and we let it get to work. At first she was laughing bc it vaugely felt like a tickle (she's sensitive to ppl touching her feet) then as it kept going she felt the effects on her hips and she burst out laughing saying I don't want to cry. I told her to just relax and let herself cry if she needs. Which is when the dam broke and my mother cried. When it was over I hugged her tight and she said her feet felt like they were floating. After years of pain from her fractures she felt relief. Relaxation hit her legs, underarms and head at the end of the 15 min session. The compression was perfect. Already purchased another one for my dad. Thank you!

i wrote below. then put my toe deeper inside. now the roller hits to good spot. the balloon push my feet downward and roller hits stronger right at the point i wanted. heater gets hot when you use it 2 to 3 times continuously. Overall, good product --- somewhat good. not bad but some to complain. 3.5 stars. air pressure too high even low pressure mode, and really squeeze my toe, like worried about blood circulation level. because of that, roller stimulation around toe feels high, but arch to heal are weak. Before heater temp goes up high enough, the auto-timer stops the machine. If i buy foot massager next time, i might want to try different brand.

If you work on your feet all day this unit is very relaxing. It did not work for my arthritis however the customer service that Nekteck provided was outstanding. I will defiantly purchase other of their devices.
