I’m always looking for ways to hydrate, sleep better and improve energy. This product helps with all 3! Tastes great, easy on the go pouches for travel and mixes well with a few stirs. Big fan, will buy again!

When I say this stuff is helpful, I mean it! You will literally catch me waiting for my next shipment at the door. My favorite flavor is Blue Coconut. It’s so delicious. But so far that’s my experience with all of the flavors. They’re all tasty so far. It’s easy to mix in cold water. I drink it twice a day and especially on days I’m struggling. There are no side affects. The only thing I notice is a more calming relaxed mood and it’s definitely noticeable. The size of the bag is a good size for what you’re getting. The quality of ingredients is clean and the effectiveness is great!

I bought this because of a Facebook ad. I have really bad anxiety at night, I have to tap my foot to sleep (even though it’s counterproductive because it keeps me awake) I get restless, overly tired, and have racing thoughts. So bedtime is just anxiety filled for me, so I bought this drink mix. I’ve been taking it for nearly two weeks and I have noticed that I feel more calm, relaxed and sleepy after drinking it. I did a test of my own and didn’t take it one night before bed, and I was literally up all night. All. Night. Watching the sunrise when you’re dead tired isn’t as amazing as it sounds btw. I went back to mixing one packet about 1-2 hours before bed, and found that I was ready to sleep, and when I did fall asleep, I STAYED asleep. I wake up with no grogginess, weakness, or other lagging feelings. I feel refreshed! My only negative feeling about this product is that the drink mix is VERY sweet. The packets say raspberry lemonade so I was expecting tartness, but this just ain’t it. I mix it with a Sparkling Ice drink to help mask the super sweet. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it is worth it to me because I value getting good rest. Other than that, it’s a great product and super helpful if you have insomnia and night-anxiety or sleep issues!

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical, but I found it actually works for me 😁 I definitely felt less stressed, and had less of an appetite. I will not say that "the pounds melted away", but I will say I feel less bloated and have good energy. I will continue with it💪

To start with, I wasn’t sure what to expect when getting this product. First, I am so happy with the taste and how good it tastes. Mixes easily into a glass or water or bottle. Secondly, I have noticed my appetite is less and more even moods. My sleep has also evened out and less restlessness.

i tried to avoid buying this since i already take magnesium and D3, but after getting ad after ad on tiktok, i fell into the influence. while it did make me significantly calmer, almost sedated, both times I've taken it have led to painful stomach aches and nausea. the first night i took half earlier then the other half before bed and i woke up so nauseous and anxious. i thought i was going to puke. i took another half during the day and also got a stomach ache. luckily amazon refunded me, because this product is not cheap! not for me i guess! i may try it one more time, but i will just stick to taking the supplements i already have.

I have been taking for a few week & I have noticed a different in my energy level and weight. Since using I do feel more awake and not as tired. I have an also lost about 5 pounds since using. I have also noticed it does help me sleep better. I haven’t been waking up in the middle of the night and have been sleeping 7-8 hours without waking up. At first the taste was okay but now I have kind of got sick of the taste. A variety pack of different flavors would be a good idea.
