Don't be alarmed by the monstrous box. Its simply well packed. I bought the Ninja Air Fry Countertop Oven because I have fallen in love with my basket air fryer but my husband and I cannot tolerate the strong chemical smell and possible health risks associated with outgassing compounds. Must admit I was reluctant to give up the counter top space but the Ninja is less obtrusive than many and came highly rated. It it less deep so you do have useable counter space in front for prep. Of course you can also tip the unit up and out of the way. It is true it will be more of a hassle to keep clean, but no more than the toaster oven it replaces. It has great capacity and air fries quickly and well, with a very short pre heat. The only other setting we fuss over is toast and it performs well in that mode. The other modes worked well on quick trial. Fast, efficient, short pre heat. The instructions are a bit fiddly , but in reality I will probably leave it on one setting for toast , air fry etc. and not fuss too much with presets for the time/temp, unless I am in a time dependant mode like baking. You can certainly change time and temp in the middle of a session with no hassle. Will let folks know how it hold up over time.

We had another air fryer that was ugly & bulky and took too much volume of space. Also it had plastic on the exterior and the smell did not seem safe. Also the settings and options were complicated & frustrating. This one is obviously compact but the inside use of space inside is very efficient. It hold more than you think it could . It's all stainless steel and seems to be good quality. Also, it's very easy to use. The settings are intuitively quick to understand. You don't really even need the directions. Other than the recommendation on what type of oil to use which is important for no smoke. So far we have liked it so much that we purchase another one for our cabin.

I loved my first very small air fryer. Just a round basket, wrked for one or two persons which is fine, stored away easily. Loved it so much Id seen this one, and added it in my watch list, "for couple yrs", I watched it. Im not one for spending that much money on myself for stuff like this. But, as I watched cost bounce around it recently got to a price I felt comfortable with and I purchased it. Reviews stayed same as most people had no complaints. The space saver I think is what initially caught my eye. I have limited space. Full time on the road in RV. Anyway, Im finding that while I loved my old one, Im not as fond of this one. Maybe Im still getting the hang of it, not sure. Im still relatively new at air frying. Its been okay w/few things but chicken or steaks, yuk! Tough, chewy, w/no flavor. Just not good. Work in progress I guess. My pop cooks filets in his that are every bit if not better than most restaurants. Different brand of fryer but dont think thats the issue. Think its me...lol So as far as this Ninja goes.... easy to clean, def a space saver and the heat vents are at one side and top back corner on same side. I have it for now setting on a glass cutting board, just as a protective cautionary measure due to my step mothers table being very old. I doubt it would hurt it but didnt want to take chance. Radiates quite a bit of heat. With that said, Ill also keep an eye on it once its placed on my RV counter. I like it for quite a few reasons, and hope its just me that needs to wrk on cooking meat dishes... Bakes fantastic pizza. Air fry's frozen stuff nicely but meat is gonna be a wrk in progress. Did not even care for burgers cooked in it. As expensive as food is, trial and error is not really something I want to endure at this point. One thing I also didnt care for is my normal small baking dishes are not shallow enough. Gonna have to make some changes in that area for sure. I dont like extra heat in my RV during summer, so this was nice change from grilling constantly if I needed/wanted use of an oven. Easily sets outside and or in the outside kitchen. Also stored there, as in the upright position part? This will be nice. Im having hubby fix me a way to secure it during travel. Strap fixture so it stays in its upright position and wont have to be stored away each time we move locations. Hope this review helps, and if you decide to purchase this, that you have better luck in meat dept than Im having. ;-D It is unique in more areas than not, and why I gave it 4*'s.

This Ninja toaster oven is something every house needs. The size is perfect. Not bulky and doesn't take up the whole counter. So nice that it flips up so that you have more counter space. The air fryer mode is the best thing since the microwave was invented. Literally cooks frozen tator tots in less 5 minutes and are perfectly crispy. We seriously love this toaster oven. Ninja products really are the #1 best kitchen products on the market right now. Great price for what you are getting and the time you will be waiting for food to cook. Great if you have impatient hungry kids. Makes no noise when cooking. Seriously purchase this toaster oven you wont be disappointed.

Apenas tengo una semana de uso con este horno y puedo decir que no he echado a perder ninguna comida aunque sí, no he preparado nada del otro mundo. El pollo congelado queda bien, los molletes quedan de rechupete (se gratina muy bien el queso), la pizza recalentada sabe mejor que con el microondas, las verduras retienen su sabor (aunque sí se me ha quemado uno que otro brocoli pequeño pero apenas ando aprendiéndole al aparato), el pan tostado queda muuuy bien, entre otras cosas. Es fácil de guardar porque se puede colocar de manera vertical y ahorrar espacio. Creo que algún día me va a hacer falta espacio dentro del horno porque no es muy alto que digamos, así que no, el pollo rostizado o el pavito de navidad tendrá que hacerse en otro lado o de plano echar todo en piezas. Eso sí es un producto algo caro, pero por eso aproveché el prime day, así que también recomiendo que lo consideren cuando lo vean en oferta porque sí, hasta ahora ha salido muuuy bueno.

Love this thing - i've waited a few months to review to get some use first. This replaced our old toaster oven like a champ - we use it almost every day - one of the best features is that it heats up in like a minute - so using it in the place of an oven is awesome - especially for pizza ! Literally you can have your pizza on your plate in the time it normally takes to heat up your oven. About 10-15mins for frozen pizza - depending on the pizza thickeness. I havent tried a fresh home made - but i would guess maybe 7 mins or so... Crazy fast. It looks great too - and i flip it up all the time - counter space is a premium for me. The non-stick coating on the tray seems to work as advertised "so far" but i put down some parchment to be sure anyways. The air fry feature seems to work great as well ! The Basket is GIGANTIC ! Holds sooooo much. its a Steel mesh basket though - so we shall see how it holds up.. i use it even without the basket - and it works so well just on the tray. My ONLY pet-peeve is that the buttons themselves are not back lit at all - my vision sorta sucks so even in the light - its hard to read the little print on the buttons. When you push a button - the display turns on of course - everything is well lit - except the the temp and function buttons. This MAY be fixed on the newer models - which is prob why this one was on sale for a great price.. (about 30% off). Once i get used to the functions - i'll be fine.
