This machine is awesome. Because it is so powerful it is noisy to operate, but provides some very tasty results. My favorite is the gelato recipe.... I tend to hide it at the back of the freezer and not share it. I had attended a bridal shower where great margaritas were served using a margarita making appliance. I almost purchased one but in the end couldn't justify the cost. Because of the versatility of the Creami, I can also make great margaritas, along with ice cream and milk shakes and Italian ice and sorbets. Very happy I made the choice I did.

This product was very hard to understand how to use. I did use it one time for some ice cream and it didn’t do well at all, so I’m not sure who can get it and who knows how to work it. I reserve everything and it’s a blessing if you know how to work it, but I don’t and it was just money being wasted sitting on the countertop when I can figure out how to do my ice cream on my own, so I personally if you don’t make ice cream all the time for your kids, then I wouldn’t get it. You would need to learn out of it. If you do it I did watch a few videos, but they weren’t self-explanatory at all. Good luck if you get.

Especially healthy ice cream. It's easy to make and to use. It's a little loud when mixing but bearable.

Some reviews stated it was loud, but it's no louder than a kitchen aid mixer.. very versatile with flavors.. some fruits don't work to good, but still makes good ice cream. Malts are a breeze... alot of info on use is available on the web.. grandkids love it!

Product showed up on time and worked great 2 times. On third attempt to use it the locking mechanism in the lid seems to have broken while blending. Now the whole system doesn’t work because it won’t register as locked and is pretty much useless now.

The product is EH. We saw videos and got excited. The recipes are cumbersome, you have to premake and freeze overnight. They don’t even provide a basic starter recipe book with this. I would pass on this one unless you are really into ice cream making!
