Click to play video This coffee machine is so well thought out. I love that every single little part of it is integrated within the machine. So smart. It looks amazing. It works great. I've made teas, coffees, cappuccinos, I've used cups and grounds. I prefer grounds in general. The temperature of the drink is hot. Taste is awesome. There are 4 types of drinks you can brew. You can make classic(1) or rich(2) (the machine will stop a few times for a few moments and start brewing again during the cycle making coffee taste stronger/richer), over the ice(3) or specialty(4), which brews 4 oz and its really strong like expresso. I brew specialty when I'm making cappuccino. It brews very fast too. I love the frother. It works amazing. You don't get splashes because it has cover over it. I love that its always there and I can pop it out any moment when I need it. It's very easy to clean too. Quarter of twist detaches the frother and I can wash it quickly and pop it right back in with the same quarter of the twist. I absolutely love the fact that this is not overly complicated machine. It has basic functions that I wanted that all work really well. The machine is narrow and doesn't take much space on the counter which I really appreciate. It is a little taller than I thought it would be, but I guess my top kitchen cabinets is high enough that I don't have to move the machine and can open and close the lid with no problems. The heigh of the machine allows to fill the water tank with almost 48 oz of water. Water tank is easily removable. The height of the machine also allows for different types of cups. I can put a pretty tall thermos cup and brew straight into it. The most amount you can brew at once is 24 oz. The machine recognizes which attachment you have inside, for cups or grounds. Attachments are also marked on the outside on their little handles that stick on the outside of the machine when they stored away. It's so neat and cute. It's made with love. I'm soooo enjoying it and absolutely loving it. I'm planning to buy it as a gift to my loved ones, that's how much I love it. The permanent filter is easy to clean. It makes an amazing tea too, not just coffees. Loose leaf or a bag, everything comes out amazing and hot. The lid over the filter has a hole where the water flows through and has multiple holes on the bottom of the lid, just like shower head, which allows hot water to go evenly through the coffee grounds or tea leaves. Love that. I was looking for a single cup machine, so mostly I brew 1 or 2 cups only. I never had a problems with overflowing or getting grounds in the coffee. I think people get those problems because they simply put too much coffee grounds which causes it to overflow and get grounds into coffee. The included permanent filter is not huge, so if you need to brew strong coffee for a large amount of people at once, this is probably not the best choice. But if you brew 1 or 2 cups, this is perfect. Otherwise you could also brew a few times. I don't see any problem with that because it brews amazingly fast. I do not have any dripping problems either. I brew until the brewing cycle is complete, there is blinking light indicator on top of the lid. When brewing cycle is finished machine makes the light stops blinking and machine makes 3 beeps. Not loud, but I'm able to hear them with working TV, washer and dishwasher. If you remove the cup after those 3 beeps and wipe (i usually just touch it with edge of my cup) the last drop on the spout it doesn't drip. Ever. But even if it was to drip a couple drops, there is a nice really easy to clean dripping tray, that you can place on 4 different heights or remove completely. I think this machine is worth every penny. I can't tell you enough how much I love this thing. I'm so glad I chose to buy it. I didn't even expect it would be so great. Not big or bulky, well thought out, looks very very nice, has all nessesary functions that each works amazing. It doen't look cheap at all. It's very pleasing to the eye and stylish. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants versatility, simplicity and style. I feel like I didn't say enough, didn't give it enough credit for what it is lol. Whoever was designing this thing is for sure a big people lover. I wanna give them a hug hahaha.

As my bf has said over the past week you "you and that coffee pot are having a love affair", and it's true. Over the past week I have experienced nothing but Java bliss. I have owned several coffee makers, including several brands, and styles (pot vs k cup). This makes the best coffee I have ever had at home. My bf has the big version of the ninja coffee maker and after drinking coffee at his house I just couldn't stomach the cup my kuerig made anymore. I'm starting to ramble so I'll get to the point lol Pros: ● I love all the options, 6oz to 24 oz. Basket or k cup. I personally love to use the basket, 3 Tbsp of ground coffee on the "rich" style for 18 oz. It's perfect. ● Im a black coffee drinker, I didn't think I'd use the frother much, I mainly got it so my bf can use it when he likes but I'm finding it equally amazing. It just adds a touch of luxury to your cup and feels really special to have cold foam over your coffee at home on Saturday morning while sitting around in your pj's. Cue "petite fleur" - Jill Barber ● I LOVE how big the water reservoir is, I'm checking it all the time cause I can't believe that it's still got water in it. It's no nice. ● THE STORAGE!!!! 😍 I am so grateful they designed storage in this unit. No more random tablespoon laying around designated for coffee ground, or little parts and pieces just cuttering up the drawer or cabinet. There's a little drawer in the maker that the extra attachments, and plunger are stored in. (yes theres a plunger for maintenance- they really thought of everything) it also has a cleaning button which I love the idea of but have not used it yet. ● it's sleek. It looks good on the counter and for the price and what it does, it's worth every penny. I am the happiest customer. Cons: ● Size: I wish that the coffee maker was a little wider and less long. It sticks out into the counter more than I'd like but with everything she ticks, I'll take it, happily. It fit under the cabinets fine but when I use it I have to pull it out a bit so the lid can open all the way cause she's a little tall. I also have a small apartment kitchen. So someone with more counter space or modern cabinetry I'm sure wouldn't have a problem. ● You may be so in love with this coffee maker, you'll be telling everyone you know about it, how great it is, and that they need one in their life, which may result in being razzed a bit. Conclusion: life is too short to make coffee at home you wouldn't be happy purchasing from an establishment. Get the frigging coffee maker.

I absolutely love my Ninja Coffee Maker! After using a Keurig for years, I decided to switch, and I couldn’t be happier. The Ninja is compact yet packed with features, making it a perfect addition to my kitchen. It offers a variety of brew styles, including classic, rich, and specialty coffee options, giving me the flexibility to enjoy everything from a simple cup of coffee to a more indulgent latte-style drink. The coffee it brews is consistently rich and flavorful, far superior to what I was getting from my Keurig. I also appreciate that it doesn’t require expensive pods—just fresh ground coffee for a better, fresher taste—but I still have the option to use pods when I want extra convenience. This versatility is a huge plus! Plus, the design is sleek and space-saving, so it fits perfectly on my counter without taking up too much room. If you’re looking for a high-quality, versatile coffee maker that delivers delicious results every time, I highly recommend the Ninja Coffee Maker!

Absolutely love this coffee maker. It replaced a K*****g. It has many options for strength of the brew, the size can be quite large or small, the tray can accommodate large and small cups, can use regular or Kcups, there is a built in frother. I like that I can add my creamer and sweetener into the cup while it’s brewing. I also like how the coffee brews, how the water will soak the grounds for a few seconds and then finish brewing. This just might be the perfect coffee maker. The only thing I would change is the handle to get the lid off the water reservoir. It can be challenging to get off. It could use a loop or indentation.

So cute. Compact. Versatile for both grinds and pods. Largest water reservoir I've ever been able to find and ergonomics are great for lifting the reservoir by hand.

The coffee machine is very good but beware in Britain the voltage for the machine is 120 volts and in Britain we are 240 volt. To return the machine is very costly, the cost of sending mine back was around £60. Amazon don't want to know about returning the machine, they just send you a label to print off and that's it. I can't understand why Amazon sell items on the market place that don't comply with British voltage.

This coffee maker comes complete , very efficient, and uncomplicated. Its components fit easily together and store nicely on or within the machine when not in use. Instructions are written and also pictorial, and not difficult to follow. With a space saving design, it has a nice appearence and does not hog the counter. The brew and frothing are excellent. So far we happily can not offer any complaints.
