Love this machine! Just bought to replace my Keurig and I'm not going back. The over-ice setting is great and the built-in milk frother is super easy to use and clean. Water tank is detachable for easy refilling. Doesn't take up a lot of counter space and fits lots of different sized cups. Brews quickly and no metallic or funky taste. Looks-wise it's very sleek and looks professional.

This incredibly functional unit is the solution to my problem. I love the compact size, very easy-to-refill water chamber (it makes 3 large cups of coffee for me before needing a refill), and intuitive menu selections make this unit top notch. Add in the ability to easily switch between using a basket for ground coffee or a coffee pod, along with the convenient milk frothing attachment and it bumps this appliance up to WOW level, especially considering the cost. Solid machine, sleek design, well-thought out. Love the options to go from classic coffee to rich brew to specialty. If you're in the market for a single cup brewing station, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Froth machine works great and hides well, low maintenance- pod system makes good tasting coffee. Works well, haven’t tried the non pod system yet. Heats fast, good options for coffee types. Good quality - holds a large amount of water for one person- a day or two for two people. Compact unit easy to keep on counter.

It is well built. Makes coffee quickly. Easy to use. Has measuring scoop attached with the amounts of scoops suggested for each size. Makes a great latte. Everything can go in the dishwasher. It doesn’t do dark roast, but if you use medium with the rich setting it’s like having a dark roast. I like the richer taste using the basket as opposed to pods. It makes up to 24oz. And is compactly made.

That was the only question I couldn’t answer when I ordered it. You’ll have to forgo the drip tray but it works. Replaced a Mr. Coffee Iced Coffee drip machine. This machine allows me to use less fresh grounds for an equally strong brew. It brews quickly, and I get 4 iced coffees out of the reservoir on the 24oz/over ice setting. The coffee is good, and the brew basket has a nice “shower head” design to ensure even dispersal of water over the grounds. Brew temp is good and does not burn the coffee. While I personally do not like, want, or use coffee pods, we kept a keurig machine mostly for guests. I’m pleased this does both grounds and pods when we need them. The frother is a bit silly. I wish I could have ordered the version without one in black. A small cheap battery powered one is more useful. Overall it’s a solid machine, but longevity remains to be seen. I got probably close to a decade out of my $20 plastic Mr coffee machine, and it wasn’t actually broken. I’ll try and remember to update this review in a year or so.

Me gustó mucho el color y su funcionamiento. Algo que no me gustó es que el espumador solo es espumador y no calienta (sin embargo si lo menciona la descripción del producto), o que la base donde pones la tasa es algo frágil. Pero de ahí en más todo muy bien!!!!

This coffee maker comes complete , very efficient, and uncomplicated. Its components fit easily together and store nicely on or within the machine when not in use. Instructions are written and also pictorial, and not difficult to follow. With a space saving design, it has a nice appearence and does not hog the counter. The brew and frothing are excellent. So far we happily can not offer any complaints.

The coffee machine is very good but beware in Britain the voltage for the machine is 120 volts and in Britain we are 240 volt. To return the machine is very costly, the cost of sending mine back was around £60. Amazon don't want to know about returning the machine, they just send you a label to print off and that's it. I can't understand why Amazon sell items on the market place that don't comply with British voltage.

The Ninja beats Keurig...hands down! The machine is much easier to use, the coffee is hotter and tastes much better. Would recommend this coffee maker to anyone.
