I take these daily to combat elevated Triglycerides (a component of cholesterol). I don't know if it would work for everyone, but I have consistently been able to avoid statins to control blood cholesterol since I started taking these. And what they say about not tasting fish oil after consumption, is true. I have been using this product for about 2 years after having it suggested by a friend.
