We bought a pair of these pans which we then protected with a pair of Amazon-brand silcon baking mats (highly recommended; they fit the Nordicware pans perfectly). Done this way, you won't be burning on or discoloring your nice pans, and you will make them SUPER easy to clean. These are a nice weight--not commercial, but very good for home use--and well crafted. Even without the mats, these are great pans and if you know and understand the properties of aluminum, then you will know to treat them with care and clean them with products rated for aluminum. Caution: The internal wire/rod under the rim is steel and holds heat much longer than the aluminum, so be careful moving these around after the rest of the pan is cool to the touch.

They fill an entire oven rack, so I don’t feel like I’m wasting any space. And the durable material doesn’t warp in the oven when the heat hits the metal.

I was on a low cholesterol diet for a while which meant finding many new recipes. Most of these were sheet pan recipes and my sheet pans at the time were very old stainless steel ones that routinely warped when hot. I found these pans and they're wonderful. One of them has stained slightly from a lot of use, but they don't do that sudden SPROING twist when heated, they're a bit larger and deeper than my old pans so they hold food better, and they clean up easily. I mean, I'd rather be able to toss pans in the dishwasher especially as my sink is too small, but even the one dish I made that burned food onto the pan didn't ruin it (just gave it the aforementioned staining, which over time is disappearing). Maybe a bit of soaking, then dobie sponge work to clean up, and it's squeaky clean and ready for the next time.

Got these pans for the build quality mostly and the fact they tend to warp less than other aluminium pans. Absolutely a must for baking, the heat transfer is good and I get well cooked bases with this pan. It’s also possible to season some what and I tend to leave the underside of the pan dirty and only cleaning the top section as the seasoning/darkening of the base makes the pan hotter so I get more browning on the base. But I always keep some sheets new as well depending on what I’m cooking
