Great ice maker. Makes perfect pellet ice. Quick, easy to clean, doesn’t take up much space, easy to operate. It’s a little noisy, but I’ve heard most of them are unless you buy one of the $300+ ones.

This ice maker is a little noisy but that is something I will put up with for the quality of the ice. It is easy to use and always fast. The capacity is sufficient for a family of 4 and my daughter eats ice almost all day. We use bottled water in ours and it tastes great.

I’ve been using this ice maker for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. First off, it’s incredibly easy to use. From setup to daily operation, it’s a breeze. You just fill it with water, press a button, and let it do its thing. In terms of build quality, it feels very durable. The materials seem sturdy, and I don’t worry about it breaking down anytime soon. It’s solidly built, which gives me confidence that it’ll last. One of the standout features for me is how fast it makes ice! I was surprised at just how quickly it churns out a batch, which is great if you’re in a hurry or hosting a gathering. So far, I’ve had no issues with it which is a relief. Everything works as it should without any annoying maintenance issues popping up. All in all, I highly recommend this ice maker. It’s fast and reliable!

Had this for about 5 months now. Wanted to make sure it wasn’t just love at first ice. The ice capacity is somewhat small but it refills so quickly it makes up for it! It makes the perfect crunchy ice and keeps them iced for a long time even after the machine is shut off. The machine does make sound but not loud or annoying. We have it on the counter in our open concept kitchen and it just perfect. Doesn’t take up too much room at all.

We bought this machine is for my elderly parent who eats ice all day long. She doesn’t have an icemaker in her freezer, so I would have to hassle with buying a bag of ice ($3.50) every couple of days… Then we would have to break it up with a hammer so they’d be small enough to get into her mouth. That was a messy PITA that always destroyed the bag. Sucking on store bought ice is an invitation for a choking hazard. Plus, if you don’t have all of your teeth.. well, ice sucking .. sucks!! Still it is better than the traditional sized huge cube trays. And yeah, we have a ton of those silicone mold ice trays, and of varying sizes - I hate all of them. They’re difficult to pop the ice out of them and the precious freezer space required to lay them flat. Then there’s the waiting… Someone suggested we ease our “problems” by checking Amazon for a counter top ice maker.. ugh. a, what? come again? smdh… right. yep. 👍🏻 There are tons of choices but I needed *small sized cubes*, so that narrowed it down considerably. $200 is reasonable… considering what I’d been spending at the store …from these big companies with reportedly moldy machines… I have the undercounter Brondell Circle purifier for water filtration. If you’re still drinking tap water, forget this machine and invest in cleaning up your water instead. But I digress… This ice maker dispenses tiny sized ice cubes that are very easy to get into your mouth. it takes maybe an hour to make a batch from room temperature water. As the ice comes out, it will fill to one side of the basket, so slide the cubes over to the other side with the scoop to create room for more to dispense from the chute, or it will stop the ice making process. There’s no need to empty a partially full basket! An important tip, is to literally “tip the basket” before emptying it. Once full, prop on its side and let the water drain out before you put it into the bag for the freezer. You'll be shocked at how much comes out! The ice is "wet" at this stage, it is still soft. This is when you want to eat it, if you are a ice chewer. It's also a great time to throw it in the blender for making a daiquiri, frappe or smoothie. The machine comes with a couple of drawstring “ice bags”, which I quickly doubled up, because you still have to physically prevent the ice cubes from freezing into a solid mass…. they come out of the machine wet, but they'll freeze into solid rocks or chunks if you don't break them up soon, possibly a couple of times, after they hit the freezer for 10-30 minutes. It also depends how you position the fresh ice. This step of slamming the bag on the countertop is going to beat the included bags up over time. Tip- Put the fresh ice on top, then, lay the bag out as flat as you can in the freezer. You don’t want the wet ice water to drip down and solidify the singly cubed pieces below it- ah gravity…Set a timer for 10-15 mins then slam the bag on the counter to break it up or it will freeze permanently into hard, difficult to separate clumps... this is not the reason you bought a bullet ice maker.🤔 Personally, I like to drizzle the natural (no dyes or chemicals, mostly Polish) european fruit syrups over a glass of them and make an ice cold drink right in my mouth as they melt!! Frozen fruit or fresh fruit, booze or not, this ice cube size is perfect for me and I wish I had one since forever ago! I think I am going to try a jack-n-coke slushie!! Will it hold its fizz? What about root beer then throw a scoop of ice cream on top?! Booze or not?! Buy this and let me know what you make with it!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This little machine works great. It makes pellet ice and it makes it fast. I love it. And it is super quiet. The only issue I guess is it drops the ice very softly which is great for noise. But it tends to stack up so it quits making ice and you have to go in and move it to get it to make more. My husband uses a lot of ice. So I do have to fill it with water twice a day. Next one I get will have the attachment for a water line. But it really is a great machine.

Love the nugget ice. And this ice maker makes it so quickly, however in the beginning when you first turn it on it is a bit noisy. But I think it’s a great value since I don’t have to go to the store constantly and it looks great on my counter top and so easy to use. I would recommend it

I love my pellet ice maker. Water capacity is just right. It makes a basket full . The function is easy to do . Just add water and push the button. It cuts off on its on when full. There is no taste to it and my dog loves the small ice. Easy to clean and nothing is no stickiness. Would definitely buy again.

Nice and compact ice maker, other pebble ice makers are to large to fit under my cupboard space. Works very well. It makes ice quickly and efficiently. No noiser than our fridge’s ice maker. Easy to operate, the manual included is a great asset to learning how to operate it. We’ve been loving having an endless supply of ice hands and super quick. Worth the money if you want pebble/nugget ice.

We bought this as a welcome home gift for our dad after he spent 2 months in the hospital. He really dislikes the taste of the water at home but needs to drink lots of it now to keep healthy so we bought him this ice maker to help since icy cold water just tastes better. Our parents are both loving it, and using it constantly with the Yeti’s we also got at the same time. The machine is very quiet overall (quieter than my fridges ice maker), size is decent for an average kitchen counter and the nuggets are definitely chewable which dad wanted, after getting used to this in the hospital. So overall, very happy with the purchase.

Ice maker came quickly and was easy to use. Fills up quickly but the system stops if ice is cascading into the basket and ice looks like a frozen waterfall instead. Have to use the ice right away as it is not refrigerated and we go through ice very quickly in my home so we are continuously filling the reservoir to make more ice. The ice bags are an awesome bonus to this ice machine. I have used a bullet ice machine that quit working within the year from another company but we also did not give it a break. I decided to try this type of ice maker as my kids wanted to make slushies and love this type of ice for chewing. It does melt very quickly into your drink but makes it automatically cold which we love. I like the design and it does not take up alot of room on my counter. If you like really small squares of ice this works great.

**EDIT: wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL customer service. They reached out and offered a FULL refund on the product! And upon reviewing others reviews, it would appear they do right by the customer. All in all, I have changed from a 3/5 to a 4/5 simply for the customer service team! ________________________________________________ You pay for what you get. It’s yummy ice, and it makes it pretty fast. You have to always check it though otherwise it will stop making ice if it gets “full”. It’s definitely not the super expensive ones but it does the job for a starter nugget ice lover. Oh and it’s also sometimes pretty loud and sometimes not, I don’t know why…
