Doesn't dissolve well (it's pure, what did you expect) , rarely clumps though if at all, and flavorless (however when dry scooped and aerated on the palette it is reminiscent of a faint plain cake's cooked flour aroma in an almost forgettable way.) in most situations. Stuff is great, gave me great pumps and helped my cognitive function.
