Seriously, this hand lotion is the absolute best for my husband’s dry, cracked hands. I’ve also used it on my feet and cuticles, and it works beautifully. It’s long-lasting and, although it’s thick and a bit greasy at first, it absorbs into the skin quickly. Plus, it’s fragrance-free, which is a huge bonus for sensitive skin. Definitely a five-star buy—if you haven’t tried it yet, do it! You won’t regret it!

This really helps extremely dry hands. I live in a dry rather than humid climate so hands can get very dry, especially in winter. This lotion really helps. It also doesn't have a strong scent or perfume to irritate skin or trigger allergies. It is practically odorless.

This soaks into your hand immediately. No slimey slippery hands, just nice moisturizing cream. Been using this stuff for years. A bit expensive but works the best.

Really good hand cream and it says you can wash your hands and it stays on.... It does. Really like it especially it's ability to do what it's supposed to do, and does. Using it I was surprised it was thick and not running all over my hands getting lost when zi was trying to apply it. Good job.

I can’t rave about this lotion enough. I’ve gone through multiple tubes and will continue to buy! I’m a nurse who washes her hands multiple times a day and by the end of the day my hands and dry and cracked and hurting - this is the only lotion that actually helps! I put it on when I go to bed and in the morning my hands are healed or almost completely healed. I also love that there’s no scent to it or excessive greasiness. You will not regret this purchase!

I like that it dries quickly, doesn't leave hands slippery or greasy. Does require multiple applications at times, Very slightly irritates my eczema, i get a light burn/tingling sensation on my hands when I apply, nothing crazy though. Overall its OK and I will continue to use it.

This is an excellent product, and in fact the best one I've ever used. I'm a registered nurse, and I love to cook for my family-those two aspects of my life mean I wash my hands pretty much constantly throughout the day. I've tried every brand of moisturizer for dry, cracked hands there is, but nothing completely erases any and all traces of dry skin on the first application with NO GREASINESS like O'Keeffe's. Because I have to wash my hands so frequently at work, I was bothered that my hands were looking older than my age. Not anymore. One application of O'Keeffe's has my hands looking young again. Seriously. It's that good. I'm using it on my feet and elbows, too. It goes on smoothly and absorbs completely. No greasy feeling. I won't be without it-give it a try.

This hand cream isn’t greasy, goes on easy, heals dry skin and doesn’t smell bad. I wash my hands frequently and don’t like reapplying cream all day so I put this on every night before bed and it helps a lot. This is the only hand cream I will buy.

using it for the first couple of times, hands became smooth and soft. but after using it for about 6 times, hands became red and itchy.
