I love the simplicity of having this tiny light on my keyring and all I have to do is pull it out of its little base and it immediately turns on. I pop it on and off its base constantly. I’ve used it to look at things in dark areas at work. I’ve illuminated things while taking a picture. I use it to light up my house keyholes when I come or go in the dark. It’s great for looking for something I’ve dropped in my car when I’m driving to work in the dark. It provides a surprisingly bright light for something so small. The built in usb makes it so easy to take off my keyring and plug right into my laptop or any usb charger. Everything is built into this little package so no cords, batteries or chargers are needed. I just bought 2 more to give as gifts. The price dropped from the first time I bought one but whether it’s $13 or $20 it’s worth every dime for such a convenient and well designed device. The build quality is top notch. The battery life is unknown because I haven’t been able to drain it yet. I have the black one and ordered 2 more of the black but I want to get the green one next. I’ve never seen such a high quality, compact and functional flashlight. Recently I was looking at reviews for gun lights and lasers and discovered, though I wasn’t surprised to find that this company produces some of the most popular and highly rated firearm lights available. If I haven’t made it clear yet, this is my favorite edc (every day carry) item. If you’re reading this, just get it. It’s one of my best purchases of 2024.

Just received this teeny flashlight today, and turned right around and ordered another; it's that great. I'm always looking for the miniest of minis for my purse and travel, and this is perfect. It's lightweight and small but mighty (amazing light output for being so dinky), is made out of a nicely machined aluminum, is rechargeable (!), has a handy clip, and can stick to something magnetic if needed. You simply pull it apart to activate the light, and that little piece (1.25") has a strong magnetic backing. It stuck to the side of the fridge and lit up a good part of the kitchen (which I hope not to have to do, but if the power goes out?). It can also just sit upright if you need hands off. To recharge, remove the small carabiner-type clip and the little rubber covering that fits over the USB plug and stick it into your USB port. It took about an hour to fully charge, indicated with a green light (vs. red light while charging). It comes with an extra rubber cover for the plug just in case (but I'm going to put it into a little plastic bag and mark it – 2 years from now I'll never know what it is). Clip it onto your key chain, or secure on a ring or leash in your bag or backpack. I ordered the orange (both orders) because it's a good orange, and I'll see it in my bag in case it falls into the abyss. This would make a great gift, too -- have a feeling I'll be ordering more.

This is the perfect keychain light or pocket light! Simply pull it from the strong magnetic holder and it’s on. Amazingly bright. Super compact. Very well made. Stays secure in its holder until ready to use. I was initially worried that if I dropped it I’d never find it due to its small size. But if you drop it, it’s still gonna shine bright until returned to the mag base. O-light added another nice touch by including an extra cover for the usb tab. The included mini-carabiner keeps it secure on keychain and makes it ez to remove from keychain to charge. Brilliant in all regards!

A very high-intensity light with a wide-angle lens that turns on automatically when removed from the base. I clip mine on a keychain, and the magnet has sufficient strength to stay attached to the light even when bumped or carried in the pocket. It turns off immediately once returned to the base. It comes with a small clip that works well for a keychain. Recharging is simple. Just remove the clip from the light base, remove the cover from the USB contacts, and plug it into a USB charger. It has a small LED light that is red when charging and green when fully charged. Just reinstall the cover over the USB contacts and reattach the clip. Once detached from the base, the light is very small, so be sure you have a good grip on it. The engineering on this little light is impressive and I have one on all my car keychains.

Excellent idea and execution. Included are 2 USB protective covers and a small carabiner. Slip on a cover, then onto the carabiner and then onto whatever (key ring, backpack, waist pack etc.). Makes it easy to remove to charge which works as easy as you'd think. I've not had it long enough to have a feel for actual battery longevity but I also don't have major concerns about it either given it's ease of charging. These are definitely a great buy on sale for day to day use.

I have owned one of these OLIGHT IMINI 2 Keychain Flashlights since Oct 2023. I also bought 2 more for other family members. I absolutely love the thing. It's handy and quick to use when you need it. The light is bright and the "instant on" when you remove it from the magnetic base is perfect. Charging is easy enough by removing the little rubber cover over the usb prong and plugging it into a Usb-A port. But there lies my one problem with this unit. My flashlight has ALWAYS had the cover over the USB plug for protection. But even still, the gold contacts are wearing away. I included pictures of both sides of the plug. It's only a matter of time before I won't be able to charge the light anymore. Granted, this was not a high dollar item and maybe it's a case of "you get what you pay for". But still, I hate that the lifespan of my flashlight is close to the end.

I use this light everyday. My keychain always hangs from my belt loop when I am at work, and this flashlight hangs off of my keychain. Anytime I need to stick my head in a machine at work, after a couple of months. My hand automatically goes right to the flashlight. If you have a ton of stuff on your keychain it might take a second to find it. But you get used to it after a while. The flashlight turns on as soon as it disconnects from the magnet on the keychain holder, which makes it super convenient and fast when you need light in a pinch. The magnet on the bottom of the flashlight makes it super easy to Mount on metallic surfaces when you need to work with two hands. When you no longer need the light, with one hand you can put the flashlight back on it keychain holder. Once the flashlight is relatively close to the holder, the strong magnets attract to each other and will automatically align the flashlight to the keychain holder. I have been using it everyday for a couple of months and I no longer need to look at my keychain to put the flashlight away or to take it out. If you only need it for a second to light up an area you can just pull on it lightly without completely taking it off the keychain, there's some kind of resistance that prevents you from removing it unless you pull relatively hard. It seems that there are two engineered positions when removing it from the holder For its size, it's very bright, and does. Does a pretty good job at at lighting up the area. I wish it was a little bit of a wider beam, but maybe that'll be an option in a later iteration. I'm not sure how long it lasts, but I'm assuming a few hours on one full charge. I only ever need to use it for a minute or two at a time. Overall I give it five stars, it's something that I use everyday and something that I will replace when it wears out or breaks. Very useful and smart design. I think this flashlight is an instant classic everyday carry device. Would recommend to pretty much anybody.

Super practica

Perfect for the keychain. I also like how it quickly detaches from the base and automatically turns on and off; no switches to wear out. Run time is good given its size and bright enough for most applications. Definitely recommend.

Such power in such a tiny thing… love that to recharge you just insert in a usb port ( from any side! No more turning three ways to get it in) the light is very bright, love the magnetic base…I highly recommend.

Ingenious, well built Sturdy construction and extremely handy!! And the battery lasts for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
