This is one of the very best shampoos that exist. I found it for 50% off yesterday so $15 instead of $30. I’m on a budget but I had to buy two! This is kind of one formula does it for everybody type of shampoo. It’s thick, it lathers up nicely, and it doesn’t make my hair oily which I tend to lean to the oily. It doesn’t leave a residue. This is very highly rated shampoo. All the products in this line are and they deserve to be. If you are undecided and reading 200 reviews, buy this! You won’t regret it.

The bottle is heavy, so there is physical evidence that the formula is dense, as described. A little goes a long way. If I am trying new shampoo, it means I have an adversarial relationship with my hair. I was on a trip to northern Michigan, found a breakfast place in a 90% abandoned strip mall, and spotted a hair salon open, just over there. I came this close to walking in. I don't know what No. 4 Bond Maintenance means, but I haven't enjoyed my hair as much for years. I have been zoning my hair - leave-in conditioner on the ends, thickness spray in the middle and hair repair on the thinning top. Then I have to remember to not brush through. Don't touch! Hair spray to hide that balding cowlick. And now? I didn't remember I have a great haircut that has reached its optimum viewing. I have waves! I have shine! I have a new favorite shampoo.

This Shampoo #4 is part at a system. ( I previously used the #3 Hair Strengthener first) This shampoo is great, it cleans hair. I have very sensitive skin (Excezma) after using this shampoo there is no irritation or itching on scalp. Hair feels great, no perfume odors. Simple clean smell. The system is a little pricey #3, #4, and #5 were all bought together, but it’s worth the Money…. See my other reviews #3 and #5. Believe me it’s worth spending the money!!

I’ve never been a huge fan of any hair product I’ve tried. I recently noticed a lot of breakage of my hair, enough that I was constantly being asked by people if I got a haircut. I’ve only been using this for a month, and I notice a difference. I don’t notice my hair being any longer, but I’m sure I will with time. I’m not losing hair like I used to though! I actually used to wash my hair daily because it would look greasy if I skipped a day. Now, I wash 2-3 days a week and it looks fabulous every day. You don’t need nearly as much product as you think you’d need. Only docking a star because it’s expensive. However, I’m willing to watch for sales and keep using!

A small amount, the sizes of a nickel is all you need. I only give 1 wash instead of 2 and my hair is very clean.
